Buy Nature's Way Melatonin Lozenges, 100 Count Now
For those who want to try Melatonin as a sleep aid, I suggest a lower mg. That way, you can add more as needed.(Some people only need 1.5mg, yet some may need as much as 5mg to rest well.)I began taking only half, and worked up to a whole pill of this brand(2.5mg).
I get nice and drowsey and ready for sleep, within 15 minutes, give or take(though some feel the sleepiness sooner).
Valerian only gave me a mild relaxation, but did not induce sleep when needed, nor did Chamomile, or milk before bed.
This Nature's Way lozenge is much better, and does just what is needed. Plus, it has no B vitamin in it, which did not allow me sleep when it was included in another brand of Melatonin I tried.
I do dream more with this, which I don't mind at all. And I do wake up somewhat slower, and can be groggier if I haven't had enough time to rest. However, if I have a natural stimulant, such as green tea in the morning, I can shake it off pretty easily. But to have a good night's sleep, even if I might be groggy when I wake, it's worth it 10 times over.
Make sure you have enough time for as much rest that is needed before you need to get up the next day.
Try this product, I highly recommend it!
