im one of those people that NEEDS my sleep, but im also one of those people who is very sensitive to sleep disturbance. I used to sleep only 3 to 4 hours each night. When I wake up, I used to take a half tablet of ambien to help me make other 3 hours. It was kinda a torture when I wake up very energetic after 3 hours during the night, then force myself to sleep again with the help of the ambien. For crying out loud! Have you people never smelled tea tree oil before? I guarantee you, that if you used a previous tea tree oil product that *didn't* smell like "turpentine", then it had hardly any tea tree oil in it, and you got ripped off.

Admittedly not accustomed to sleeping with eye masks, this was a new thing for me. I am a side-sleeper and was looking for specifically for something that would work best for that it was fairly comfortable, but there was some light peeping through at the nose, and it kept shifting more than I would like. Always have LOVED this Bavarian Mountain Mud Mask. I've used it for quite some time now, it feels great, when you wash it off your face feels sooo soft! I have mild apnea (13.7 AHI) that is entirely when in supine position (lying on my back). So, my doctor recommended a positional product. Why do I give this 5 stars? Because over 1 mg of melatonin is an OVERDOSE! If you read this, please do NOT pass up my warning! Melatonin will throw off your sleeping pattern immensely! This product only has 200 mcg melatonin, which is 0.2 mg. This means you can take TWO of them and still be safe from overdose. If you DO need melatonin, you should only take 0.5 mg anyhow. And this product has valerian and chamomile in it, as well. Everything is at LOW dose. This will calm you down without knocking you out for 12 hours, like some products do. I have a sensitivity to sleeping medicine. Everything does more to me than it does for other people. One sleeping pill will make me sleep 9 hours strait, plus make me drowsy for the first 5 hours of the next day. Not this product! As I said, I checked the mg levels of the ingredients, and it's safe to even take TWO if you wish. I am very pleased with this product. This is for the people that only need to be calmed down in order to sleep. This product also works very well for my wife. She has to take two, though. Very good product.
Been using Melatonin for years now. It is not habbit forming. I can not take it and have no impact. For nights where I feel like sleep is going to be hard to find, I take two of these and fall asleep rather well. Great product. Consider the sublinguals although I use both types with success.
The pillow is a little small for me. Maybe it is because I toss alot, but it was difficult to keep in place while I slept. I have purchased a different pillow that is longer and has two straps, and I am finding it works much better.
Valerian is a great product but this is not 4 times stronger than the less expensive brand that I can purchase locally for much less money. I tried several doses, but got just as much relief from the less expensive brand.
