Why do I give this 5 stars? Because over 1 mg of melatonin is an OVERDOSE! If you read this, please do NOT pass up my warning! Melatonin will throw off your sleeping pattern immensely! This product only has 200 mcg melatonin, which is 0.2 mg. This means you can take TWO of them and still be safe from overdose. If you DO need melatonin, you should only take 0.5 mg anyhow. And this product has valerian and chamomile in it, as well. Everything is at LOW dose. This will calm you down without knocking you out for 12 hours, like some products do. I have a sensitivity to sleeping medicine. Everything does more to me than it does for other people. One sleeping pill will make me sleep 9 hours strait, plus make me drowsy for the first 5 hours of the next day. Not this product! As I said, I checked the mg levels of the ingredients, and it's safe to even take TWO if you wish. I am very pleased with this product. This is for the people that only need to be calmed down in order to sleep. This product also works very well for my wife. She has to take two, though. Very good product.
