This is an updated review. I was initially shipped the small size headgear and returned it.The standard size headgear fits me perfectly and seems to me to adjust for most adult head sizes. Clips are not pictured above but they did come with the standard size headgear that I recieved. The clips did not come with the small sized headgear that I recieved and returned.
It is a very good value for the money.
