I agree with the review above. Work great to help you sleep, but they do leave you very groggy the next morning.

Shipping was very quick and the sleep aids work, they seem to leave you a little groggy for a short period when you wake up. But if you need help sleeping and don't want the prescription meds, these seem to work well.

I made a mistake when I ordered this and thought it was capsules. These pills are 350 mg as compared to the 500 mg capsules for the same price. Other than that they work better than all the other natural sleep aids that we have tried.

I expected to be able to sleep all night or most of it but I woke up three hours later, not good. I preferred the capsules as I broke them up and took about an 1/8 tsp and I slept much better. I will increase the dosage to two tablets and hopefully I will sleep all night.

I've just ordered my 3rd bottle of these magnificent pills. I do cut them in half because they are really too strong. The taste is not my favorite, but it's worth it by far. I'm also able to make a bottle last 2 months, which is nice. Before, I was using CALM, Valerian Root, Unisom, Nerve Tonic, Calms Forte, etc. etc. etc. attempting to sleep through the night.
