I found that the little strip that separates the filters was a little irritating on my septum and prevented the filters from entering quite as far as I would have liked for comfort. The jury is still out on this product as the pollens are just now appearing here in Oregon. My husband has severe allergies year round with the abundance in the Spring as things bloom out. Trees are his big problem so it is too soon to determine how successful the filters will be but we are encouraged and the fit is good so we will hope for the best. Any relief is good for him.

This product,in my experience, works. You can not just take a pill at night and expect to lose significant amount. Prior to Christmas, I was on a busy schedule, I only exercised a little. I took this product for the month of November and part of December and lost five pounds. I slept great. I think the sleep part is to reduce stress which aids weight loss. The product works, but only a little. If I had more physical activity and ate better, then I would have lost much more weight. I gained seven pounds after I stopped taking it. No Doz is awesome. IT works wonders. Instead of drinking coffee, I take one of these when I get to work, and it perks me up for a good five hours or more and that is just one! My limit would be two a day. Plus to the above comment: It would take three sugared sodas or diet and three to four cups of coffee to give me the perk I get from No Doz. It doesn't knock me out or produce a "druggy" effect like the various PMs. Also, I haven't noticed any lingering effects the morning after. But it does help me relax when I'm having trouble sleeping. I only take it now and then, however; I'm not sure if it would continue to work if I took it more frequently.

Originally they sent the right invoice but wrong product, a tube. I contacted them and mentioned what a drag it would be for me, with current (walking pain at extreme level) disability would make it difficult to return, much less stand in those long post office lines. I am not sure if it is keeping the heat in, but it sure makes the hose quieter when it moves. Plus it makes it easier to adjust since the ridges in the tubes are covered. The hose cover does the job it should. No problems with the zipper. It is actually a little long for the hose, but that is not really a problem. Definitely reduces the noise of the hose rubbing the nightstand all night long.

This is the BEST, most EFFECTIVE and RELIABLE product I have every used to help me fall asleep. I usually take two or three each night and it puts me to sleep flawlessly. (If I really wound-up or had caffeine, I up it to 5, but have never needed more.) I have no trouble staying awake if I need to, though. I always feel fine and wide awake the morning after. I have never tried driving after taking it, nor do I suggest it, but it does not eff you up like other substances that help you sleep. I take it about an hour before I plan on falling asleep and it is kind of like one minute I am fine, the next I am asleep...no tossing and turning. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before deciding on which ear plugs to buy. Who knew there was so many options!?! I finally settled on these since they were getting such great reviews.
