Tryptophan and melatonin are effective sleep aids that I've used for years to help my real, medically diagnosed sleep disorder. The other skullcap and "eye of newt" etc I've never heard of and apparently one of these back-woods herbs revs up my system like caffeinne.

On the lighter side, the blister packs are an unecessary waste of packaging materials.
