This product is okay I guess. It helps me sleep, but it doesn't do anything to help me lose weight at all.
I did not see any results after using this product. I followed the tips that were given and exercised normally, I won't be buying this product again.

It helped me sleep, which was weird and go to the bathroom in the morning, The only thing is that it helped me stay regular as for weight loss there wasn't any.

When I took this it got me slightly drowsy within an hour, but did not work like a sleeping pill. I have seen a small amount of fat loss.. Well worth it for the low price of this product.
