I have had trouble getting to sleep for the past few years. I tend to lay in bed in the dark and starting thinking and worrying over everything. These Melatonin tablets work wonderfully for me. I've been taking them nightly for a couple of weeks now and I haven't had a single bad night. I will say, 3mg is not quite enough for me, so I've been taking two of them. Next time, I will order the 5mg version.

Do not expect to feel tired or groggy as most sleeping pills make you feel. These don't really make me feel tired, but they calm my nerves and make it easier for me to fall asleep. I take them about 30 minutes before I plan to go to sleep. Once I turn off the lights and roll over, I fall asleep almost immediately.

They make my mouth a tiny bit dry after they dissolve, but a small drink of water fixes it. The taste is pleasant as well.

Overall, I would definitely recommend these for someone having trouble falling asleep. Of course, they won't work for everyone, but I think they are worth a shot for anyone.

This Melatonin tab is fast-dissolving and fast-acting for getting you a good night's sleep. It worked well but it required 2-3 tabs to work for us. I was not impressed with the "strawberry" flavor. I will probably order a higher dose tab like the 5-10mg and a different flavor in the future.
