Natural Patches of Vermont - Aromatherapy Body Patch Essential Oil Blend Lavender

I purchased these about 6-8 months ago and forgot about them. This morning I was feeling frantic and realized I needed to calm myself to get through the day without harming any humans, so I dug them out of my drawer and put one on, not expecting much since they were old. Now, 5 hours later, I am enjoying being surrounded by a subtle lavender scent. I may start wearing two at a time, one on each shoulder for a double dose that's not so subtle. I may even start handing them out to stressed out people I meet during the course of my day.

I have used these in the past and they are great. Glad to have found these online, they are hard to find. They are pretty pricey and shipping is too. I would try cutting them into 4 pieces first rather than the whole patch at once! I find this is enough body size probably matters...
