This produict works very well providing restful sleep and feeling fairly fresh in the monring. I just wish they came in a bottle, not ina push out tabs.

I just recieved three boxes of this product. However, all the expiration date were marked"10/13, 11450". Please explain why the expiration date is so closed. Thanks.

I sometimes use these to help me sleep when my hubby is on nights. The only draw back is that they give me a dry mouth! Still, they help me sleep so it's worth it, i just keep a bottle of water by the side of my bed when i take these.

I would recommend these for short term use only because if you take for a prolonged period, your body gets used to them so will not work.
