I used this inflateable bed after shoulder surgery. I was able to position it at a variety of angles to get comfortable. I used a pillow to support my lower back where my bed and the inflateable met. I also put pillows under my knees. That helps with compfort and helps prevent sliding down the bed.
There is no so much description of this inhaler on a website, so I truly believed that it had to have some metal or ceramic bowl inside of this inhaler that will let me to use oils and put it on a cook top for warming up(you need to warm up the water from time to time because it's not an electric one to do it for you when the water is cold) It is plastic... and without any certification, so you don't know how toxic it is (and it is because there is no even any mark that it is food safe) There is only one note on the bottom of the plastic bowl :'Made in China' LOL guys! The box has a note 'North American healthcare'! But there is another note inside of the box says that you shouldn't use it if pregnant and don't use for children. And I know that inhalations don't have any medical contraindications if only the devise is toxic. There is no way to use it with oils! Don't do it! Plastic becomes more toxic because oils melt it on the molecular structure and if you add hot water at that time will have toxic fumes in your lungs. But if you're going to use it only with warm water maybe it will work for you... But i can have the same result using my mugs and cups with tea (but they made of glass and ceramic which is safe for people)
No noticeable difference...but I already try to take as much care as possible without getting into medical treatments. It's Ok

It works okay but I really like the price for so many. It works as well and your average sleeping pill.
Insomnia has been a problem for me for about 4 years. It has been hard to go to sleep, and almost impossible to return to sleep if I woke up during the night. I did not want to use the standard drugs available because of potential side effects. This product is easily the 7th that I have tried, including homeopathic, other herbal, plain melatonin, teas, white sound machine, and even alcohol. (The alcohol would put me to sleep, but I would wake up in about 3 hours, and often be done for the night!)

My combination/dry skin loves this serum. My skin is easily sensitive but this feels good on it. It seems to have helped it overall dry areas and balanced the other areas too. Pricey, but worth it.
I have been using Ysnore nose drops now for about a month and it seems to work pretty well. It burns the back of my nose/throat something fierce though. I have to lay there and grit my teeth for about ten seconds before the pain goes away. My wife tells me that when I take it at about 11:00 P.M. I don't start snoring again until about 5:00 A.M. or later. So about a 6+ hour average of being snore free. I was hopeful about TranquilEyes, but after using it (and having some compromised sleep) for 3 weeks, it has not seemed to make a difference in my night time dry eyes. If I had read any of these reviews before I bought this I wouldn't have bought it at all. I'm glad I did buy it! I usually take Source Natural brand Peppermint dissolving tablets from Whole Foods. I have extreme anxiety and takes several prescriptions to control it and help me sleep. One of these prescriptions makes peoplee so sleepy they have to sleep about 1214 hours a day at least when they first start taking it. That wore off on me pretty quickly and no longer knocks me out. I've tried Ambient, Trazadone, Klonopin and probably several more over the years. So I tried Melatonin at the suggestion of my Doctor and it works the best of all the others. But when I ran out I had to use another brand. That's when I found Unisom Natural Nights. They are all natural but without herbs which is great because I have a very sensitive system and am allergic to everything from cats and dogs to onion, garlic, sulfites, dust, the sun and many more. But they didn't bother me at all. Not even one bit. I take them and within minutes I start to feel myself relaxing and I don't have any more trouble waking the next morning than usual or any more groginess during the day than usual. My face doesn't get flushed either. As regards the previous comments, both Vitman B6 and Calcium can cause skin irritation and rash and B6 has a side effect of sleeplessness which is probably why some are not sleeping through the night the Melatonin is wearing off before the B6 so you wake up. Overall, it's very effective but like anything else you take there will be some people who experience adverse side effects. And people are more likely to submit reviews that are negative. People don't feel the same passion to write a review when they have a good experience. Anyway, hopefully this is helpful.

This is the worst sleep aid I have ever tried. I've used melatonin supplements to sleep better, but decided to try this product b/c the Unisom brand had been recommended by a friend. The "natural" aspect appealed to be. The instructions on the package say to take 1 tablet a 1/2 hour before bed. The product took much longer to work, but once it did, it knocked me out so strongly and awkwardly, that waking up the next morning was a challenge. The drowsiness lasted throughout the day. In addition, I think that Unisom needs to rework something about the ratios of the vitamins they use in this product, as it created minor irritation on my face. It wasn't a full blown rash, and it wasn't hives just extreme dryness and some discomfort. Initially, I thought it might have something to do w/ the new moisturizer I was using, so I stopped using the lotion. Nothing changed. I think the Unisom with Diphenhydramine Hci 50 Mg works better at putting me to sleep and keeping me asleep, I tried both and this natural stuff with Melatonin and B6-Calcium doesn't put me to sleep but instead maybe when I actually fall asleep it keeps me asleep through out the night? I prefer something that makes me sleep within the hour and keeps me asleep. The first day I tried it, I felt sleepy right after taking it but maybe it was the day, several days after I took the Natural Nights pill for three consecutive days and I stayed up for 2-3 hours before even feeling slightly the need to sleep. I had similar issues with this product as other reviewers. It took me a very long time to actually fall asleep (longer than the purported 30 minutes, in fact I was wondering whether it was going to work for me at all), then I woke up several times.... from horrible screaming nightmares. Then, it was really really hard to wake up the next morning, and like others, I have had symptoms similar to a hangover all day. I would really not recommend this product.
