product arrived on time and in great condition. i have taken 2-3 tablets every night for 28 days and it has not helped my insomnia at all.

This product is fantastic. I use of for occasional stress and for good sleep at night when I'm wound up or stressed. It does not leave you foggy like prescriptions or other sleeping aides an has vitamins and magnesium that help support the body and calm the muscles. I dont' think its very strong, so may not be best for serious insomnia or anziety attacks. But, for balancing and supporting the body during stress and good sleep its fantastic!
