This works very well for my back problems. Just slightly too firm for my back, but I put a pillow behind me. The zippers allow this to be attached all together as one piece or for the 3 pieces to be used separately. Zipping them together prevents the pieces sliding and leaving you in a "hole" in the middle.

Overall, we like our Backmaxes and there doesn't seem to be much out there like it. However, be prepared for the fact that you'll probably still need some extra pillows to really customize it and you may really feel the absence of arm supports. I purchased this product with the built in massage for another $100(for a grand total of $199.99)and was so excited to get it because I suffer from disk herniations in my lower back. What a disappointment! I am an average size woman and 5'7" and my feet were hanging off of the end. The cushions are so narrow that your arms end up dangling off of the sides unless you prop more pillows on either side of you. If you don't put pillows beneath your head you end up hyper extending your neck. The massage was a joke, no variable speed and required 8 batteries. Deluxe Sound Therapy System
This is the 3rd sound machine I've used in 12 years, and by far the very best. The radio reception on the FM band is sharp and clear, and the speakers deliver wonderful sound. The illuminated face is easy to read in the dark, and has three brightness settings, from a very dim "barely there" to a brighter, yet still very soft glow. My favorite feature, however is the "biosync" sound setting, a random jumble of what sounds like musical notes, windchimes, voices, and more. Maybe it's just my imagination, but the biosync setting puts me to sleep faster, for a truly deep sleep. I wake up refreshed in the morning. Go figure! All in all, a wonderful machine!
after lots more researching, i settled on sound oasis' system. it was sleek, looked good, and had all kinds of fancy features. you can control the brightness of the clock display, have the sound soften incrementally as you fall asleep, and wake up to the nature sounds. however, the problem is that although they said the sounds were recorded by the top nature sound recorders, they definitely weren't mixed by the top mixers. there's not enough variation...that is, it sounds artificial. the same bird call over and over again...it's one 10 second bird call or waves hitting the shore repetitively looped.
i don't know about anyone else, but i am very sensitive to sound and music patterns and notice things like that. things like that keep me from falling asleep. i would listen to it and i could tell at the exact moment it looped back to the beginning. i don't like that...it's not natural. sounds in nature vary--i mean, that's nature. nothing is exactly the same.
also, for all the equalizer functions, the sound was a bit on the tinny side. the only good one was the white noise since it's the same all the way through and looping doesn't make a difference.
but i saved myself some money, found this website called http://www.thewhitenoisealbum.com/ and downloaded the 60 minute "pink noise" for $4. (pink noise is a little softer than white noise...just depends on your preference.) now i just play that through my computer or ipod and it's great. in fact, i did it last nite and it totally blocked out my roommate's party-that-wouldn't-end. so much better than being a buzzkill and making people stop having fun.
all in all, i was sad that i didn't like the unit better. i had high hopes for it and the variety of sounds.

Difficult to set alarm and turn it off. Misleading in amount of sounds, actually many less than advertised because of how they count combinations. This item is seriously expensive for what it does, especially considering that there are a total of maybe a dozen sounds, not the advertised 120. Also, you can "mix sounds" but the mixable sounds are a SINGLE additional sound you ad to a premixed sound that it typically a bucnh of crap thrown together. Not that most of the sounds aren't soothing, but there is little to no control over it. It is a good overpriced, and I found more use and better sounds in other, more affordable models from other companies. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

I'm a BIG FAN of homeopathic products for treating various ailments of modern-day society. So I was extremely excited to see this product intended to stave off jet lag effects. As someone who does quite a bit of traveling, I decided to give it a go with great hopes it would provide me with reinvigorated energy and vitality when I'm usually sluggish and exhausted. Although this stuff held great promise, it failed to deliver for me. If you're gonna brag about being a non-pharmaceutical alternative, then you had better deliver with similar results. Sadly, this did not.

The problem with all homeopathic stuff is that it might work wonders with one person and the next person, expecting to win the lottery when taking those pills, will be utterly disappointed when there is no discernible effect to observe.So, for me, and me alone, these Jet Lag Relief pills actually worked like a charm.

I suffer very badly from jet lag. Even three-hour time differences give my internal clock a soccer kick from which it does not soon recover. I followed the usual advice about how to deal with lag and found it wasn't much of a help, so when the opportunity came along to test this product I did so with pleasure.My preliminary report is that the Homeostatis pills are better than nothing. If that sounds like very faint praise, please understand I wasn't expecting miracles here, just something to take a bit of the edge off. I took the tablets as directed on a recent series of long trips (long by my standards), and found that along with keeping well hydrated and certain other basic precautions I was less out of sorts and more alert than usual. It wasn't a dramatic improvement, it wasn't even what I'd call modest, but the improvement was there. If I had to slap a percentage on it I'd say it was in the vicinity of ten to fifteen percent, but such things are hard to quantify.
In short, I stick to my feeling that these pills may be of some use to you and are probably worth a try if you are shopping about for a solution to the issue of jet lag. However, I'd like to emphasize that they are merely one smallish part of the anti-jeg lag arsenal and not the arsenal itself.

I have been using a similar product for quite some time. It is called no-jet-lag. I have been very satisfied with it. I fly a lot and since I started using it I noticed I am not as groggy when I land (especially switching time zones).So based on my experience using a similar product. I tried this one by Homeostasis labs. I found that it wasn't as affective as no-jet-lag. Since then I haven't tried it again. In hindsight, maybe I should have tried it more then once.
My recommendation is taking this won't hurt. It may be worth giving it a try to see how it works for you

This pillow did what it advertised it would do help with nighttime acid reflux. Unfortunately, the pillow is as hard as a rock. I've used it for 3 nights and wake up each morning with sore neck and shoulders. First, let me start off by saying I appreciate anyone's right to make a buck. You create a good product, you deserve to profit from it. BUT, I think that charging 3 bucks a bottle for a sports drink is unreasonable and disappointing. I like your product. I buy it. I would buy a lot more of it if the price were more reasonable. It's a shame you know, Neuro folksyou'd make a heck of a lot more money in quantity if you'd lower the price. That being said, I like a few of the different products in this line. Sonic & Sleep I buy in limited quantities. I would stock Bliss if I could afford to do so. I have not tried the other "flavors"wait, I did try Gasm. Wasn't worth the price for me. I gave the Neuro line 3 stars in consideration of the price. I would have given it 5 stars had the product cost less.
My other favorites are Bliss and Sleep (yes, they work as well). A no-brainer via subcribe & save!

I love this drink, I truly do. It is the first pick-me-up drink I have found that works for me. I react strongly to large amounts of caffeine (it makes me incredibly hyper) and I never developed a taste for coffee, so my choices for something to keep my brain running when I'm worn out are limited. Add to that the fact that I'm not a big soda drinker and the choices are even fewer. Neuro Sonic is a great blend for me. There's some caffeine in it, but not as much as other products, so it makes me a bit quicker on the draw without making me babble like an idiot like I do when I have too much caffeine. It's carbonated, which I don't care for, but *lightly* carbonated, so it's not unbearable for me. The flavor is pleasant and light, not at all overpowering. The packaging is unusual, so it stands out in the refrigerator at work and I never have to wonder which drink is mine. The one major con to this product is the price. As the other reviewers have stated, it is very expensive. I would probably drink one of these a day if it weren't so expensive. As it is priced currently, I don't even drink one a week. I save them for when I really, really need a boost. So, yes, as another reviewer said, this company could really learn something about the merits of selling product based on quantity. I would be happy to purchase it more often, if the price were to come down to something more reasonable. That said, I do still buy it and I do still believe in the product. I used to be a Diet Coke fanatic. 4-5 a day. At least. I tried the Bliss version first and loved how light and crisp it was. I got my husband to try the Sonic with me and he is hooked now too! I know they're a more expensive choice than other beverages, but I love the taste, the energy I get from it and quite frankly, the appetite supressant effect. For some reason, for me, if I have 2 of these a day I cut way down on the junk I eat and no longer go to fast food places or crave that.
