My husband has been taking 3 to 6 mg of melatonin for several months, however no longer takes it due to using this product. We both have been taking only one capsule for approx. one week now and this is simply amazing. My husband believes that he has never had such restful sleep and sleeps through the night without waking. He feels great upon waking. He did not find this to be true when taking just melatonin. I tend to wake through the night and cannot get back to sleep as my brain simply will not "shut off" at that point and I start thinking about and worrying about "work/life issues" that cannot be solved at 3:00 am I was told to try this as this will "shut my brain off" and it does!
