Unisom SleepMelts

I've always had trouble sleeping at night. Unisom Sleep Melts are wonderful. This product is wonderful! I take two sleepmelts just about an hour or so before sleep. By the time I go to bed, I don't even remember laying down. I am asleep very quickly. I sometimes have a hard time getting in the "zone" for sleep and so I keep these on the nightstand. I only use 1 and if I read for about a half hour after taking it I usually will start to feel tired and able to fall asleep. I don't like taking sleep medswould never take lunesta or any of those other serious sleep remediesso I'm happy to have this to use.

Knocks me out pretty fast, just one drop of the recommended two is potent enough...however, I noticed that I tend to oversleep after taking unisom and I end up being groggy and tired throughout the day. ): It served it's intended purpose very well, but I dislike the exhaustion that follows the next morning. I guess sleeping pills affect people differently.
