I've always had trouble sleeping at night. Unisom Sleep Melts are wonderful. We regularly use Johnson's shampoo and just recently switched to try "No more tangles". We still appreciate the no more tears characteristics. As far as if it works on tangling issues? Yes, it does. Hair is now easier to comb, sleeker, and smoother to touch. It is a 2-in-1 product being a combination shampoo-conditioner. We just don't like the smell as much as the shampoo. "No Tangles" smells more like chemicals than regular more subtle scents.
I actually use these to get to sleep at night, so I go through 7 or 8 per week. Buying in bulk is super cool.

They work. They'll even stop my eyes from itching and, during allergy season, these are a godsend. However, they will make you very sleepy. There's a non-sleep variety, but they don't have the effect that these do, which is why I take these at bedtime.
My wife and I have been taking Melatonin to help us fall asleep for about a year. These work as well as any we have every purchased from CVS or Walmart. I recommend these. I only take one a night, and it really does help me fall asleep. My wife takes two sometimes and she passes out pretty quickly. I previously looked up melatonin, and there is no way to overdose on melatonin. Unless you take like 500 pills, you cannot OD on these.
This is my first real sleep mask and I really like it. It did smell lovely at first. It is very soft but I can't get it to stay snugly on my head. The velcro closure in the back traps my hair sometimes, and I have to pull it tight enough so that my eyes become uncomfortable to keep it on. I just let it fall off during the night and put it back on when I wake up. It really blocks the light very well, just wish it would stay on my head! :)

I've had this about two weeks and am disappointed in it. The strap doesn't fasten well around a standard office chair and easily loosens. The roll says it's a "standard firmness." That's a meaningless description and makes it hard to make a sensible purchase. I'd say that this roll is not even as firm as what you would have by rolling up a normal terrycloth towel into a roll form. Worse, after only a few days, the roll became deformed just by virtue of having used it. I'm going to now spend the $ for the "firmer" roll but am not terribly optimistic given the quality of this product.

Started taking this supplement for a week now and seems to be helping me get to sleep. I have found this to be very effective. This Sleep Mask is exactly what I needed as my wife watches TV after I go to bed. The mask fits tight and is completely light impenetrable. After wearing for about a month or two, the elastic straps will stretch, but is easily corrected with tightening the straps with a knot. This product may have worked the first night but after that it was ineffective I started having some dizziness after using it for a few mights so I stopped it. I have gone back to diphenhydramine.
I have had trouble either falling asleep or staying asleep as far back as I can remember. As I get older, it is the staying asleep that is crippling me. I might (or might not) be able to fall asleep, but if I do I am awake in an hour or two, and cannot get back to sleep. I am constantly sleep deprived. I have tried melatonin and Hyland's Insomnia, both of which did not help me sleep (however, Hyland's Insomnia does have a mild calming effect during the day). I had been taking Ambien for the past two years, and have been off of it now for three months. It helped me sleep, but not much better than Sleep Aid, and it wasn't consistent. Sometimes I still found myself watching the sunrise. This over-the-counter Sleep Aid works pretty well. I take it an hour before bed, and it makes me just drowsy enough to say, "I think I'll turn in." Otherwise, I don't want to go to bed. I do fall asleep pretty well. I still wake up several times a night, but find I can get back to sleep, even when I think I'm too awake to possibly sleep anymore. I give it a few minutes, and usually get more sleep. And you only need one pill. If you are a better sleeper than I am, you will probably love this (or may find it too strong I don't know the meaning of too strong). I don't have morning grogginess or weird dreams. Just some pretty lovely chunks of sleep. It is absolutely worth a try.

I occasionally take over the counter sleeping pills when I want to get a good nights rest and usually after I have been up late the night before or on an irregular sleep schedule (I am a night owl). I usually take Benadryl etc.
I ordered this cooling pad to take with me on a camping trip, but it is MUCH too heavy to lug around. Used at home, I found it to be pleasantly cool... for 10 minutes. I timed it. After 10 minutes it had absorbed my body heat and started radiating it back. So rather than simply having to flip my pillow over to the cool side, I had to wake up enough to remove it from my pillowcase, let it cool off for several minutes, flip it over and reinsert it into the pillowcase. Flipping my pillow is easier & I can do it without having to come fully awake. Chilling it in the refrigerator makes it work a little better, but not for much longer. Also, there is no way to keep it from sliding around in the pillowcase, so it ends up bunched up at the bottom. Unfortunately I threw out the packaging ot I would return it. Oh well. It seemed like a good idea but has been a disappointment.

I've had a Chillow for over a year and have found it to hold the coolness for quite some time. It cracked along the edge, recently, and my husband patched it. A few months later, it cracked in a different spot and quite a bit of water leaked onto our mattress cover and sheets, so I decided it was time for something new. So I ordered gel cooling pad, thinking I was saving ten dollars. When it arrived I was quite disappointed. The vinyl pad is divided into eight sections and each section contains gel. It is so thin that I know it will heat up in no time. It might be possible to cool it down in the fridge every day, but I don't want to be bothered. I always just left the Chillow in my bed and it was cool by nightfall. It was big and I could put a couple of cups of water in it when it became too thin to keep me cool. I am returning this Gel Cooling Pad and ordering a Chillow, instead. This time I will try using waterbed conditioner when I fill it with water. It's ok but does not stay cool for long and then you are sleeping on a hot plastic mess which is not pleasant. it is also very heavy. Maybe could be used as a chair pad if you get up and down alot?? I bought 4 of these....2 for me and 2 for a friend. We both suffer from diabetic neuropathy which makes our feet feel REALLY HOT. I'll admit I was skeptical. I've long believed in trying natural remedies but so often can't tell that they are actually doing anything. At the same time....it doesn't hurt to try, right? I tried a number of different products to help with grinding my teeth at night.
