My wife and I have been taking Melatonin to help us fall asleep for about a year. These work as well as any we have every purchased from CVS or Walmart. I recommend these. I only take one a night, and it really does help me fall asleep. My wife takes two sometimes and she passes out pretty quickly. I previously looked up melatonin, and there is no way to overdose on melatonin. Unless you take like 500 pills, you cannot OD on these.
10 mg melatonin can be hard to find in brick-and-mortar stores. Both hubby and I used it for a good night's sleep so I'm happy to find it here in bulk. Snooze away!
