This product is great! Although I have just started it I am enjoying the relief from anxiety. I have done all the due diligence and realize the withdrawal and tolerance warnings I am on a strict 24 hours on 72 hours off regiment and so far have followed the suggested dosage to a tee. Even though it is a powder I take it sublingually as it is bitter I tend to take 2 small doses close together. The customer service and product quality and price appear to be top notch. I use it for my social anxiety and wow it works wonders for my social anxiety and lasts longer than prescription anti-anxiety drugs. The only thing about it is that you cannot take it for extended periods of time as tolerance builds quickly and you can have withdrawals if you are not careful. Tapering down after taking it for an extended period is recommended for your health.

But when used responsibly it is one of the best tools I have found for my anxiety. I like to take it 2 days then take a break for 3 day, that has kept any withdrawals away.
