I take about 1/2 capsule 30 minutes before sleep and very quickly fall asleep.Did nothing I could perceive.
I'm sorry to report no sedating, calming, or anything I noticed. I feel that I'm reasonably sensitive to drugs, vitamins, and diet and I noticed absolutely nothing. I do notice when I take something like kava-kava or melatonin. I tried an entire bottle (over time) and even doubled up on a dose with no noticeable effect.
