You know, I wasn't sure if this would actually help. I have had a really hard time getting just the right adjustment for my machine. Ordered the neutral grey (Charcoal B13) hose sleeve for Bi-Pap, just in time for winter. Works like a champ as intended to KEEP THE AIRFLOW WARM, while also giving the outside a less "medical" look/feel while eliminating the cold plastic contact with skin. Installed easily and performs flawlessly. Highly recommended as a must have. Truthfully this should be standard equipment in the hose design.

Initially noticed the extra weight of the sleeve "tugging" on the line, but quickly learned to keep bulk of the line on the bed rather than loose hanging. The rest is just finding the right sleep angle, resulting like its not even there. Have NEVER had condensation issues, even on highest heater/humidifier setting. Air and fleece sleeve stay warm.
