Solgar - Sfp Valerian Extract, 60 veggie caps

I purchased this product because it was one of the few valerian products to pass muster with Consumer Lab. I have been taking one capsule at bedtime. I have had trouble getting back to sleep after getting up to go to the bathroom.Since I started taking the Solgar Valerian I have been able to get back to sleep. So far so good!

I chose this brand after trying several others because it was one of the few brands recommended as safe by Consumer Lab. This product helps me sleep and reduces anxiety and stomach upset. I have been taking it for at least 6 months as recommended by my MD.

Got this and Passionflower at the same time and tried using concurrently. Knocked the heck out but I had difficulty breathing (which I get time to time anyhow but this happened a few times with this product). My wife also took it and said she had terrible dreams. We put the bottle in the hallway closet for the time being until I decide to either try it again or throw it away. It did arrive on time though!
