Unfortunately I am looking for a non habit forming sleep aid. I am being treated for seizures and didn't think this medication would cause problems as I have used Unisom sleep aids before. This was the first time I tried the one with pain medication in the same capsule. This medicine caused my seizures to break through and I had eight petit mal seizures over 4 days before discontinuing use. The seizures stopped within 1 day of discontinuing. Be very careful if you're epileptic!
This is the best sleeping pill I've tried. Melatonin doesn't work for me, neither does tylenol pm. gave this a try and it works like a dream...lol works in an hour or so. Great product.
