Unfortunately I am looking for a non habit forming sleep aid. I am being treated for seizures and didn't think this medication would cause problems as I have used Unisom sleep aids before. This was the first time I tried the one with pain medication in the same capsule. This medicine caused my seizures to break through and I had eight petit mal seizures over 4 days before discontinuing use. The seizures stopped within 1 day of discontinuing. Be very careful if you're epileptic!
Not terrifically impressed with this, but it's true to it's claim. It's an eye cover, it can go in the fridge and for awhile it smells like lavender. I think I was just expecting it to be...somehow better? It just feels sort of cheap, but then again it is inexpensive.

I started taking melatonin 5mg and noticed didn't keep me asleep the whole night. Then I decided to take two every night and that did the trick. This product is extremely strong, please regulate the dosage in accordance with your body. I initially had a neck rash, but it has gone away. According to the manufactuers this is a common side effect, also increased urination, but this is a sign that fibrin is being dissolved. I'm taking serrapeptase, bromelain and nattokinase in an effort to shrink some large fibroids; will probably take a few months, but I'm optimistic. I no longer feel bloated or heavy. I'm also moving better, and less sluggish. I strongly recommend this product.

Serrapeptase is good for so many things. Personally, I have noticed a number of positive results from taking this product. I'm 40 years old and have had joint pain in my knees since highschool. I ordered this cooling pad to take with me on a camping trip, but it is MUCH too heavy to lug around. Used at home, I found it to be pleasantly cool... for 10 minutes. I timed it. After 10 minutes it had absorbed my body heat and started radiating it back. So rather than simply having to flip my pillow over to the cool side, I had to wake up enough to remove it from my pillowcase, let it cool off for several minutes, flip it over and reinsert it into the pillowcase. Flipping my pillow is easier & I can do it without having to come fully awake. Chilling it in the refrigerator makes it work a little better, but not for much longer. Also, there is no way to keep it from sliding around in the pillowcase, so it ends up bunched up at the bottom. Unfortunately I threw out the packaging ot I would return it. Oh well. It seemed like a good idea but has been a disappointment.

I've had a Chillow for over a year and have found it to hold the coolness for quite some time. It cracked along the edge, recently, and my husband patched it. It's ok but does not stay cool for long and then you are sleeping on a hot plastic mess which is not pleasant. it is also very heavy. Maybe could be used as a chair pad if you get up and down alot?? These pills work great! Within about 30 minutes of taking them you start to feel really relaxed and your muscles relax. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride, which is the active ingredient in a lot of over the counter sleep pills, sort of gives you a limited window to fall asleep and also (for me at least) requires you to get a full nights sleep, otherwise you wake up feeling worse than if you hadn't taken them. I admit I have been very impressed with the Olay Definity Anti-spot treatment that treats age/brown spots so I was willing to give this Definity line Night Cream a try. This cream, although touted as containing the most glycerin compared to all the other Definity line products, is still WAY too light-weight for someone with extremely dry skin (like me) whose dry skin problem is worsen by 14 years of living in the Southwestern desert. After applying a layer of this cream, I find myself having to top off with a thicker cream like Eucerin to seal in precious moisture. If I didn't, I would wake up with tight, parched skin and likely break out in eczema, even with a humidifier running all night in my bedroom.
