My mother's husband works at Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocer's and the two of them were always convincing me to get homeopathic products to try as alternatives to all of the pills I was being put on. I often said no, but while visiting for a month, I was unable to get my Clonazepam ("Klonopin") prescription refilled, so I began going through withdrawals. I asked them to pick me up something to help with the nerve pain and anxiety and withdrawal symptoms and this is what they bought for me. I think I would've gone crazy without it.

I will admit, I had to take much more of this than my prescription but: 1) I was going through withdrawals, so I don't think that would be true for people who are not currently on or coming off of a prescription anti-anxiety or anti-seizure medication and 2) It was amazingly calming and helped me sleep at night.

I think this is a great alternative to prescription medications, which I'm now trying to avoid altogether. I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and "Lyrica" didn't work for me, but this stuff does. So I recommend it.

I feel it has the strength of a prescription without being a narcotic, addictive, cause withdrawals, or have any side effects.

I have just been taking this for a couple of days now, but so far I have found it to give me significant relief and I believe the effects may be cumulative...so the longer I am taking it, the greater the benefit. I have had significant neck pain and muscle tightness in my neck and back for at least 3 weeks now and have had quite a time getting it to settle down, even with 3 massages. Since the nerves seem to definitely be affected as well as the muscles, this formula addresses that aspect as well, which is very helpful. Though the effects of taking the supplement do not eliminate the muscle stiffness completely, it certainly alleviates it and I am more comfortable with much reduced pain. I think along with other methods (ice packs and more massage), I should hopefully be able to resolve this sooner than I would otherwise. It is also great to be able to take a natural supplement which does not make me loopy and is not addictive like pharmaceutical alternatives. I like that this supplement combines herbs and homeopathic remedies. I recommend giving it a try!

I am also trying out Wishgarden "Serious Relaxer" (especially for nighttime/sleep) and I believe it will also be quite helpful.

This is the first supplement that I have taken that smells like feces. Every-time I open the bottle I am disgusted.

I bought this to help never damage.

I give is 3 starts because I really don't know what this is or what it is suppose to do.

I just read somewhere online it is recommended to repair never damage.

I will update this review if it ever does something.
