BED OF NAILS 1913 Mat, Pink - THE ORIGINAL with 8820 spikes

I got in a car accident a couple of months ago and have been going to the chiropractor. I really just randomly found this product while searching on Amazon. I really, really love it. I got a tens machine like the chiropractor has and wish I had the money for an adjuster, but this product definitely does a great job helping with pain. It is hard to get used to at first, I could only lay on it a few minutes at a time at first, but once I got used to the feeling, I loved it and never wanted to get off. The pillow definitely adds to it. I love the pillow more than the mat itself. If you have neck pain, the pillow is AMAZING for that. I wasn't sure if it was worth it to get the pillow and the mat since the pink comes separate unlike the green which you could buy together for less money, but if you're like me and love pink, it is definitely worth getting both.I don't know about the whole 'helping with constipation' part but I know it definitely helps me calm down and relax in situations of anxiety such as when I get home from school or work, or I just lay on it as a study break. I would even bring it to work if I had my own office.

I have built up to using this for 30-40 minutes a day and usually fall asleep on it. The tension and muscle spasms are relieved in waves. My massage therapist is amazed as she has been trying to help me with this for 10 years. I am still trying to master getting on and off the mat but once on it I don't want it to stop! Also working on getting the mat to my upper shoulders...that is a challenge.

Good product after you get used to lying on it, it's really sharp. Also the sizing is not the best, I have to change position at least three times before it covers all my body parts
