I like, no love, some of the other Boiron products. Not this one.

I have very disturbing and vivid nightmares when I take this. Who knows why?

Moreover, it does not seem to help me get to sleep any faster. And once I do get to sleep, it is really not what you would call restful.

This stuff does truly work if you have a restless mind at night and can't quite get to sleep. You'll need to take it 1-3 times before going to bed to give it time to work as it is not like a sleeping pill. Also, I have been told that you'll ruin the action of this stuff if you put anything (especially mints) in your mouth 30 minutes before taking or 15 minutes after taking.
