I had heard that lemon balm was a good relaxer and sleep aide (I think Dr Oz recommends it too), so I gave it a try. It works very well to naturally calm me when I go to bed and helps me fall asleep fairly quickly. Works really well when my mind is racing and I cant relax. Helps me stay asleep all night as well. I usually take about half of the recommended dose with no trouble. I like that it doesnt make me sleep too deeply so I can wake up if needed, and still go back to sleep. I have a toddler that occassionally wakes up in the night, so I dont want to sleep too soundly. I am a little foggy sometimes when I first wake up, but it wears off quickly. Probably has more to do with having a very restful sleep then anything else. I usually toss and turn at night to get comfortable and wake myself up frequently, this has helped alot. The directions say to make a tea from the drops, which actually tastes pretty good especially if you add a little sugar. I also put the drops directly on my tongue and wash it down with some water, tastes much better then most liquid vitamins really just like a strong tea. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a little help sleeping or relaxing at night. Certainly better then the chemical alternatives available at the drugstore.

If you have trouble sleeping and want something natural use this.. Try out during the weekend to see how you respond. But you will fall asleep and sleep through the night.
