I'm a dental hygienist and my job is extremely hard on my back. This brace has helped me get through many days when my body would have ached through the hours without it. I love this back brace, it has a pretty strong support for the back and it definitely helps your posture. I am about a size 2-4 and i would say this fits pretty perfectly... it is a little big, but it works so well i don't even care! I have a couple back support items from the past, and this is by far the best one i have had. I would definitely recommend buying this :)!!
