I've taken my fair share of focus supplements. Yes, there are supplement blends which claim to have propriety blends of different nootropics and herbs, and then there are the stronger forms of choline and piracetam that claim to be 20 times more effective than both of them combined. I prefer to keep things simple and more importantly stick with what has not failed me yet, a good source of choline (this company has this) and a pure form of racetams. Pramiracetam, Pramiracetam Bulk Powder 25 Grams is by far the best one I've tried. Take em together, or even separate and the result is always the same. I've tried the propriety blends in the past and did not find them very effective. I am taking this in conjunction with piracetam. I haven't noticed too much of a change yet. A word to the wise, be careful not to overdose on this choline bitartrate. I don't believe it is lethal, but you might have to cancel you plans for the day. About two hours after ingestion you will be running to the bathroom! I have found an optimum dose recently and no longer have to cancel my afternoon plans.
