I have used melatonin regularly for years (with good results). This stuff is like melatonin on steroids.

I used to take 10mg of melatonin which would help me fall asleep nicely. With this product, not only do you fall asleep fast but you fall asleep fast even if you wake up at night (like I do).

With regular melatonin, I could wake up to drink some water or use the bathroom and end up thinking about something that would keep me up.

With this stuff, if you wake up, the urge to go back to sleep is HUGE. Like you've been up for days.

Then, in the morning, I wake up feeling pretty refreshed and not drugged (like other OTC sleep aids or Ambien).

Now, each person is different. I am not saying this will definitely work for you. I am saying it DEFINITELY worked for me! I have been taking the pills for a week. I'll try to remember to update this, if I don't that means they continued to work. I'll be sure to say something if they lose their punch. I actually feel drowsy with these. I start feeling my eyes get heavy, then I'm out and next morning I'm brand new, ready to go. I've tried many Melatonin with Valerian pills. At least six different kinds. I would switch because something was out or just to try it out. This one has been the best so far. It doesn't smell. That wasn't a problem but has been a present thing with other pills.

You get 60 pills which is 60 nights. That's such a good deal. I paid around ten bucks for this bottle or more from my Walmart. Will be ordering a bottle from Amazon I'm sure because my Walmart is constantly out of anything I want.

I occasionally work a double shift... midnight to 4pm. The afternoon before I needed something to help me fall asleep at a very unnatural time of day. Sweet slumber has been the only over the counter product that actually works (other than the antihistamines that are peddled as sleep aids which i hate because the leave you groggy and hungover feeling for hours after you wake up!). I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing occasional help falling and staying asleep.
