Spring Valley - Melatonin 3 mg, 480 Tablets, Twin Pack

I frequently have trouble getting to sleep as well as staying asleep, but I don't like how groggy and gross I feel after taking prescription or even OTC sleeping pills. Melatonin is awesome because it really eases me into unconsciousness rather than just knocking me out, and the next morning I wake up feeling rested and refreshed instead of tired.

I have tried a few brands and I think I like Spring Valley the best the pills are very small and easy to swallow, and they work quite quickly (usually within 15-30min). I have given pills to several friends who have sleep issues and now they all swear by it too!
