I have taken melatonin, off and on, as a sleep aid for several years. Some nights it works, some nights not so much, so I was willing to give this product a try thinking maybe it could deliver better results. The first night I took it, I slept great, and thought "Wow, this may the thing to do the trick for me". But the second time I used it, I fell asleep quickly, but couldn't stay asleep. The third and fourth nights were about the same. Better than taking nothing, but no miracle solution either...
I have gone back to my 5mg. melatonin tablets (90 tablets for less than $10, essentially a three month supply) as opposed to 4 nights dosing of this product for $11. I get similar results, and sometimes better, results.

Ive been a fan of Dream Water for quite some time now and I really love this product. It instantly soothes and relaxes you. It is best to drink this about 20 minutes before you go to bed. Only drink one bottle... which by the way is very small (2.5 ounces)....a few gulps and you are done. I pretty much like all the flavors my favorite being Snoozeberry! One thing I also noticed while taking Dream Water is that your body can get so use to it that it eventually will stop working so I wouldn't recommend on drinking this EVERY night. Dream Water is all natural with no known side effects and in my opinion is one of the best sleep aids out there.Read Best Reviews of Dream Water 2.5oz Sleep & Relaxation Shot Here
I've had trouble sleeping since I can remember. I was always a "night person" and seemed to hit my stride after the sun went down making it harder to fall asleep. Even as a child, I can remember waking up for school feeling groggy and run down. I tried several things over the years (various P.M. pain relievers, over the counter sleeping aids, prescription Lunesta, antihistamines, Valerian root, warm baths at night, cutting back on coffee, etc.). Some of them helped and some of them did not (Valerian root was a particularly smelly experiment that failed and Lunesta gave me migraines). Quitting smoking made things so much worse not only was I laying in bed staring at the darkened ceiling for hours, but now I couldn't stay asleep for very long! So I jumped at the chance to try Dreamwater.First let me say this it tastes terrible. It is artificially sweetened with Stevia, and you can certainly tell. I've tried Snoozeberry and Paradise PM, and I honestly can't tell the difference between the two it's so bad. Thankfully, the dose is small so you don't have to suffer for long.
But it's oh-so worth it to me!
I didn't notice anything major the first night I drank it. It was only after the third night in a row that I saw any real change. I noticed that I was able to relax and drift off. Dreamwater didn't "knock me out." It was a more a gentle nudge toward sleep. I was awake fewer times during the night. I didn't magically wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world, but I swear I didn't wake up feeling quite as bad! And while the effects do seem to be cumulative, I didn't have a major "freak out" when I ran out. I didn't sleep as well, but I didn't lay awake all night without it.
As an added bonus, I was very sick with colds during part of my trial period. I am notorious for being a huge whiny baby with a cold, because they hit me so hard and have kept me awake literally all night in the past with nasal congestion, drainage, sore throat, and various other discomforts. The Dreamwater did help. There weren't any adverse reactions to any of the cold medicines I was taking, either. Of course anyone on prescription medication should check with their doctor or pharmacists before taking Dreamwater.
The packaging says you can experiment with the amount you take (just be sure to refrigerate after opening). I have not done this. The results I've had have been via using the entire shot.
Dreamwater may not work for everyone as well as it has worked for me, but I'm certainly glad I tried it and I will continue to use it. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep and I do find this helps. It relaxes me just enough most nights to fall into a comfortable sleep. Once or twice I found I had a lot of dreaming and since that is not usual for me I wonder if this caused it. I do worry that it does not tell you how much of each ingredient is in it. I would feel much better if I new more of what was in it. It is a bit high priced. Amazon does currently have the best price @ $11.41, I priced it at my local rite aid and it was $16.00. I thought that was way to much and would have chosen another product.
