I was initially happy with the strap, but felt that it lost elasticity too soon and that I will need to order another one already.

According to my husband, I am still snoring so I guess this strap hasn't helped much. I go into a deep sleep so I cannot be the judge as I don't hear my own snoring. I had hoped it would work so that I no longer had to use the CPAP machine, which is uncomfortable and bothersome, but I guess I have to go back to it. At least, it works better than this chin strap, so I am told.

Although the seller is promoting this chin strap to snorers, I decided to try it to keep my mouth closed for my CPAP and ASV breathing machines. I had already tried four others with varying degrees of success and basic dissatisfaction. I found it to be the most comfortable chin strap of the five that I now own. Based on my experience, I can recommend that obstructive and central sleep apnea patients who are still looking for a chin strap that suits them give this one a try

This product simply did not work for me... just ask my wife. Good luck to you though, you may have better results.

Two things: 1. Does not stop my snoring 2. It is to hot around the head...makes me sweat! Like to return it.
