I have been using this for many years. I have moderate insomnia. I also have Tinitus. I have had the Tonitis for about 12 years. I have developed the ability to 'tune it out' (the ringing in my ear) during the day, but cannot tune it out at night when it is relatively quiet and I am attempting to sleep. As far as I know, the only timed released melatonin. Have been using this for at least 10 years. Always get excellent quality sleep when I use it. Plus tablets are scored and I find half a tablet just the right amount for me.

I have taken Melatonex for years and find it quite helpful. Be sure to buy this brand because it is the most effective. You may not require the entire 3 mg; the tablets are scored and are easily broken. I would recommend trying this brand and continuing with it. I have taken it for approximately ten years without any problems.

I've been using this since I was in my early 50s. It doesn't so much help me get to sleep, but it, without a doubt, definitely improves the quality of my sleep. I'm more rested in the morning than if I don't use it. I use 1/2 tablet taken at bed time. I've stayed with this brand exclusively. If it works, no need to experiment.
