This face mask is awesome. Feels great on the face, very very soft and cozy, not too thick to disrupt sleep or head position, adjuster strap very comfortable to sleep with (No velcro to stick to your hair or pillow case, just a slider adjuster that is easy to use) Large size helps to ensure that light is fully blocked. Cant say enough how soft and cozy the silk filling feels as well as the mask itself. No issues or complaints at all, love it!
The material this is made of feels like a soft fabric, very comfortable. In fact, i liked everything about it, except that the entire opening is too big for my Mirage Activa & my spouse's Mirage Activa LT (both listed on the package as "Fits") a good 1/4" of silicone was exposed all the way around the mask opening. I had to scrunch together the the top (bridge of nose) area, and carefully hold it in place, to put it on without any of the silicone touching my face. This was a hassle, but it's much better than cutting facial tissue strips & holding those in place (which don't always stay put all night). The liner stayed in place all night once I got it on, and was very comfortable. I'm certainly better off than i was before, so I will continue to use these (although they are very over priced), but I will look for something that fits better, if it exists.
Nothing fancy just a sturdy rolling table. It adjusts with easy and stays at the level you want even when holding books and a computer. My only gripe is that after several month, the back casters don't move so you have to sorts roll/drag it when you want to move the table. For me the fact it comes assembled was great. Also, it arrived super fast.

It works just as I expected by helping my breathing issues and acid reflux. It is comfortably elevated without being extreme.
I find instant dissolve tablets of Melatonin work much faster than the regular capsul/tablet. I use Melatonin as an occasional sleep aid. It helps me get to sleep without having to wait so long for it to take effect.

This particular formulation of diphenhydramine seems not to lend itself to sedation. This is, of course, a good thing if sedation is undesired; but one of the reasons I like DPH is its versatility, and that's reduced if the hypnotic effect is reduced (i.e., it's less helpful as a sleeping pill or for treating caffeine withdrawal). Still, effective as an antihistamine.

this is an amazing massage device. Besides the fact that it feels like I'm in a star trek episode, it feels really good too. There's a bunch of different functions you can play around with like vibrations, heating, pulsing, etc. it massages both the eyes and the head, most other ones I saw offer just one so that's definitely a plus. It does a better job on my neck than an actual masseuse does, plus it heats up to loosen up the muscles at the same time. A few other massagers I tried get pretty annoying since you can hear the thing working but this one put a few different "soothing" sounds. It would be cool if you could store a song or two so I could be listening to lady gaga instead of thunder and ocean sounds. The other slightly annoying thing is that its not that small and it covers your eyes so you have to be sitting down while using this (I guess all eye massagers work like that). As an adult worman, I have small hands, but small was too tight. Medium is not as tight, but the fingers are longer and almost reach the end of my fingers.
