DailyCare DM-800 Dreamate

It makes you sleepy each night provided that you've used it the night before (even if you weren't consistent about the time you put it on). You will be very drowsy for a 30 minute window about 24 hours after each use (better catch the train while it's in the station!). If you cannot go to bed around the same time each night (i.e. you need to be driving the next night at bedtime), then you may not be inclined to use it.

On the first use, it won't make you sleepy that same night. But if you use it once or twice in a row, you'll notice yourself getting super drowsy on the 3rd night, whether or not you've worn it. When worn night after night, it will make you sleepy within 15 minutes of wearing it.

If it doesn't work, you either don't have it placed correctly on your wrist or you're doing other things to interfere with sleep.

I've had mine for 4 years with no quality problems. I'll gladly replace it for quadruple the price when it wears out.

Note, I have metal plates in my left wrist and forearm, yet have had no problem using it on the left as directed. If the vibration becomes irritating, I simply adjust it so it's comfortable.

I find that this tea tastes slightly like steamed vegetables. Personally, I love the taste of steamed vegetables, so this tea is right up my alley. I don't find it too overpowering and can steep it for a very long time without it getting to be too much. The flavor is not for everyone, but it is uniquely plant-like in a way that really appeals to my herbivorous self.

I bought this tea when I was first experimenting with non-prescription anti-anxiety options. I've had excellent results with St. Johns Wort capsules over the years, and was looking into getting a plant for myself, when I came across this tea. I drink at least a cup a day of various teas (usually Green Tea) so I figured I would give this a try. It has a brownish reddish tint after steeping, a very earthy aroma (I prefer the more pleasant aroma of Chamomile tea), and kind of tastes like it smells. It has a earthy taste and a bitter aftertaste, I always add a bit of sugar to sweeten my tea and it still had quite a bit of a bitter aftertaste. It is not so bitter that it is off-putting, just beware that this isn't your normal black/green/white tea flavor. I have not drank enough to know if the effects are as strong or even as the capsule form of St. Johns Wort, but even if they aren't, it should still work well enough to be used between doses during the day, or for an extra bit of pick-up...and tea is always a healthy option.

Melatonin

I love this supplement. I have used melatonin on and off for many years. It is often the only thing that would help me rest. I didn't like the pill for. For me I need to control the exact dosing and cutting pills or opening capsules was such a pain and so inaccurate. With this powder I can actually weigh out what I need and go. Pain in the rear to open the clamshell package (c'mon Plantronics, a cardboard box works fine), but a pleasure to use once it's finally out.

No real instructions included, just a slip which shows a rudimentary diagram. No instructions needed on the Mac 'though, just plugged in the USB adapter and it worked perfectly. No drivers to download/install.

Audio quality is good. I won't mistake these for the headphones I use in my recording studio, but more than necessary for using for VoIP (Skype & SIP). Comfort is very good. I almost don't notice I'm wearing it.

I've paid far more for inferior headsets that didn't come with a USB adapter. This one does and is the best lightweight headset I've used.

This product does just what it says. It is flexible because it can use the PC sound card or USB port. Sound quality is good and it is comfortable.

I mainly use this product for making phone calls through my PC. Using a messenger, I call regularly my family and friends around the world. Before this headset, I used cell phone earphones. With that, I could hear them very clearly but THEY told me sometimes they cannot hear me.

However, after using this headset, all of them told me that they can hear me very clearly as if I were calling them in the same city. As for me, their voices sound a little quieter than when I used cell phone earphones, but still I can hear them very well. A very nice device for international callers.

I started using DHC products when I lived in Japan (where the company is headquartered) in 1987 and I swear by them. This EXTRA NIGHTTIME MOISTURE is a staple in my cosmetic cabinet, and I apply it just before bedtime. Since it contains Olive virgin oil, a little goes a l-o-n-g way, so sparing applications are best. I also have very sensitive skin so this product is compatable due to the fact that it doesn't contain any coloring agents or 'irritating' fragrances that can be associated with allergic break-outs.

Being a much older woman now and getting along in years being consistent in my nighttime applications over the years has helped (in the long run) to temper/soften many of what would have otherwise been 'hard' lines on my neck and face. I had used a sample of this moisturizer prior to purchasing. Of course, the sample only had about 2 nights worth of moisturizer but I was impressed with it's results. After purchasing it and using it for a month I find that while it does deliver great moisture, it also seems to be clogging my pores. My face has been breaking out and I'm 39 years old. I'm not 100% sure if the breakout is due to the moisturizer, a reaction to the extreme heat we're having in Texas this summer or a combination of both. I plan to try using it again once the weather is a bit cooler to see if the breakouts continue. So bottom line, great moisturizer for those that need a heavy moisturizer but beware of the pore clogging possibilities. After my doctor put me on statin drugs for marginal cholesterol I have permanent damage to the muscles in the front of my thighs. I starting taking 100 mg of CoQ10 to lower my BP and it worked well, dropping about 20 points on the systolic and 10 on the diastolic. Within a few days my blood pressure was back up to where it had been before I started on CoQ10. I continued taking Swanson's for another week and still no change. I doubled the dose and no change. I'm a miserable jerk, and have no manners, temperance,or patience. I have a crap job installing heavy equipment in filthy cardboard box factories. Science of Sleep Snore No More Pillow

When I first got the pillow, I hated it. It was too light, too firm, and too different.

But after a couple of nights, of forcing myself to sleep on it, I really started to love it. The half-circle shape of the bottom of it is AWESOME! It cradles your head in such a way that it really helps support your neck, and was very comfortable to sleep on either my back or side.

At first, I hated how firm the pillow was, but once I got used to it, now I hate soft, squishy pillows, that don't give any support.

The only thing I didn't like about the pillow is the raised part at the top. I wish it were more like a wedge, to really tilt the head back, and keep the airways more open.

Honestly, I have no idea if it helped my snoring any. (I normally sleep alone, and only bought the pillow because a friend of mine was staying with me and complained of my snoring.)

I really did like this pillow, and miss using it. Unfortunately, after only about 3-4 months of use, it is squished down, flatter than a pancake. I don't know what happened! It's not like I was driving over it with a truck or anything.

So I probably won't buy this particular pillow again, since I can't afford to replace my pillow every 2 months, but I sure do miss it.

I got this pillow for my husband, who snores like a freight train, and has tried everything, including mouth pieces. From the very first night he slept with it, his snoring has subsided great product.

Hard -and takes a little getting use to, but works for snoring when sleeping on side. Worth the cost

This stuff really came to my rescue. I was going through a rough time and seeing a doctor to obtain a proper prescription was not an option. I did my research and found out about this stuff. I take this because I suffer from mild to moderate depression. I have found myself to be a bit, just a bit more optimistic than I normally am. The true upside to this product is the amazing dreams that I experience every night. Sex dreams and dreams where I have super powers. I have been prescribed anti-depression drugs in the past and they didn't really do anything for me like this does. Again, only mild improvement in behavior, but the dreams kick ass.

I was on Lexapro for a few months but hated the side effects. I slowly got off the Lexapro, which wasn't any fun. Once off the Lexapro, I felt like I needed something still to help control the anxiety so I started taking 50mg of 5-HTP. It seemed to help almost right away. After being on the 50mg of 5-HTP for several months I found I could get a better deal on the 100mg amd there were times when I felt the 50mg wasn't cutting it. So I started taking the 100mg and everything was fine. Then I went to my Dr. and she felt I shouldn't take 5-HTP, she thought it could be causing me to have high blood pressure.
