I love this supplement. I have used melatonin on and off for many years. It is often the only thing that would help me rest. I didn't like the pill for. This is the only supplement that has ever really helped me sleep. I can take a dose corresponding to how I feel. Some nights less is more and some nights more is just needed. I do have to be careful start of a little light on the dose and take more only if needed. If I don't get the dose right I will have a bit of a headache the next morning for a bit.
