I was disappointed with the lack of leg room and smallness of seat yet it is marketed as able to seat 300 lbs. I'm 5'3" and there is no stretch room for my legs.I had to take the adjustable armrests off because they make it difficult to get through aisles in department stores without knocking things over.Would I buy it again? No.

I have COPD which makes walking difficult. I have been searching for a while for a scooter that had a good price and value. This is an excellent well-made product that is easy to use-once you figure it out. The owner's manual that came with it is horrible. Luckily, my hubby is handy with putting stuff together. There are gross errors in the booklet.Some things are not covered in it. It is pretty worthless. If there is a better manual, we need it. Also, the current manual needs to be updated and fixed. There was no contact phone number or any way to ask questions. We have found a local dealer that can answer our questions. I like that you can go with different color schemes-blue, silver, or red.It looks sturdy and durable.

This is a heating pad for the long term. It heats to a specific temperature you set which is very nice, so much better than the four settings on most heating pads. You also can set it for a specific amount of time up to 60 minutes which beats the pads that make you hold a button down to keep it on. There is a quiet yet audible tone to let you know you set it and that it is turning off. It allows you to reset it for another 60 minute cycle immediately if you hear the tone which is a nice way to prevent you from harming yourself without being too big brother-ish or waking you up. The moist heat somehow gathers atmospheric moisture so it does not work the best if your in a low humidity situation or if you are laying on the thing. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Overall, I love this heating pad. My only complaints are about the controller, but the heating pad itself is very nice. I like that the temperature is variable and that if I really want it to be hot, it is. The pad heats up quickly.

My biggest complaint is that the controller doesn't have a light on it. It's hard to read the display in dim light. If I'm lying in bed in the darkness and just want to adjust the temperature, I don't want to have to get up, get out of bed, and walk over to the light switch just to do it. Generally, I grab my cell phone which is on the night stand and do my best to use it like a flash light, but the controller is still hard to read by that dim light.

The controller has a timer, and you can only have the heat on for 60 minutes, maximum. After that, it shuts off. I understand that safety feature. Sometimes, I like to just keep the heating pad on my lower back or on my shoulders while I watch TV or work on the computer in the evening and I would prefer it to be on for longer than 60 minutes. It's slightly annoying to have to reset it. If you turn it off, it remembers how much time was left. And it remembers the temperature setting, too. When you turn it back on, it sets it to the same temperature and gives you the remaining minutes. If you want to change either, you can, at that point. I generally like to keep it in the same temperature range, so that's fine. I would prefer that instead of giving me the remaining minutes, it would reset to 60.

This was definitely worth the money to me. Mainly because it can get up to a very high heat.

After using an old-school heating pad, this is like walking on the moon. It magically provides moist heat that gets plenty hot deep down into muscle tissue, with adjustible temperature and time controls. The other reviews are spot on with their complaints: 1) It would be great if the control had backlighting of some sort, because it's very difficult to see the settings without having to interfere with your rest by putting some light on it to set the temperature or time or to turn it (back) on or off; and 2) the loud beep it makes when cutting off is rather annoying, since if you're using a heating pad in the first place, you're probably sore, achy and in need of rest, so to have it sound an alarm when it cuts off can awaken you and/or anyone else in the bed, but we've found that muffling it is possible by gently placing the control beneath a pillow, throw or stuffed animal. Despite those two wished-for changes, this heating pad is worth every penny. In fact, we ended up getting two so that hubby and I both have one at the same time, without having to swap one back and forth when, for instance, we're both in need after physical therapy, exercise or injury. Earthing Starter Kit

After reading the Earthing book last fall, I ordered over $800 in products for my family. My hope was that the sheets would help combat the negative effects of severe seasonal allergies for my kids.

After seeing an initial improvement in sleep and eczema, I was disappointed to find that we were soon back to where we were before trying the Earthing products. I checked the connections, the grounding ports, and finally tested the sheets for connectivity. Because we had only used the products for 8-10 months and the website claimed that "the sheets were unchanged after 100 washings", I was shocked to find that 2 of my 4 sheets were no longer conductive. I had never dried them in the dryer (only air dried) and had used only 7th Generation detergent to wash them 1-2 times per month on a gentle/cold cycle. I estimated the total washings to be less than 20 for each sheet. We use no lotions or other products (due to allergies), nothing had been in contact with the sheets except clean skin.

During 2 months of painful correspondence with Earthing Customer Service:

* They didn't believe that I was testing the sheets properly and requested that I send a picture to prove it

* I was told to sew a flap to the sheet which (as shown on the picture that THEY had requested) was already sewn

* I was told that I could, at my expense of $12, send the sheets to them for testing. When I asked twice what would happen if they were found to be no longer conductive, I received no response except "Send your sheets to the following address..."

* When the sheets were found to no longer be conductive (which they apparently had to prove to themselves), they said there was no replacement or repair policy, they only offered to send the useless strips of cloth back to me.

* After sending a registered letter to them from my attorney, they finally responded by stating, "We have no record of your purchases."

* I dug out my receipt and scanned/emailed to prove my purchases

* An excerpt from the "offer" I ultimately received: "...our sheets and bed pads do last longer for some folks then for others. We sometimes have seconds available. By second I am referring to one being returned after a customer doesn't want to try it or states they never used it and returns it to us. We launder these and save them for different studies. I spoke with our Director and she is allowing me to offer one to you at half price plus shipping. So that would be for $84.50 + 11.21 = $95.71 for one."

A USED sheet for $95? No thanks. I actually wouldn't be surprised if they were planning on sending my own sheet back to me.

This is a company run much more like the cable company that Clinton Ober (author of Earthing book) hails from than anything remotely concerned with their customers' personal well being.

So I have been sleeping with a grounded sheet for a few months now and have been sleeping great. I have had recurring insomnia since I was child and usually take a while to fall asleep even on good nights. Since I have started using the sheet, I have had only a few nights where I had trouble getting to sleep because of excitement or indigestion. Now, most nights I am asleep as soon as I turn the lights off. Wow! I was starting to get so use to it that I wasn't sure if it was really working or not maybe I had just got into a good pattern. Well, I recently took a work trip across three time zones and brought my grounding sheet with me. For the first time that I have traveled across three time zones, I had no jet lag (going or coming back) and got decent sleep.

Potentially important is that the sheet may work best when it is connected to it's own ground rod. When I first got the sheet, I just plugged into the electrical outlet ground port in my house. It seemed to make me even more awake for the first week I was using it. Then I read in Earthing: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever? that best results are usually achieved with a separate ground, so I hooked up the ground rod that came with the sheet and have been enjoying better sleep since. The manufacturer should include a note with the sheet about this since it is kind of buried in the book.

It has been a month since I purchased this halfsheet. The directions on how to use it were simple, and luckily I had a grounded outlet in the bedroom. (I live in a condominium and getting a ground to the outside would have been a problem.) My asthma has improved; I don't wake up in the middle of the night any more coughing. I sleep more soundly and I have more energy when I wake up. I have not felt this good generally in a very long time. I leave the bed covers off in the morning and my two housebound cats (we have very strict leash laws here) seek it out and sleep directly on it. REM Dreamer Lucid Dreaming Induction Device

I have been using this device for over a month now and to give a short answer: It works, But it's not a magic pill either.

Comfort wise it took sometime getting used to it but I found no trouble sleeping with it in any position, You can adjust the strap to avoid causing pressure on your forehead and the inside is padded with nice soft materiel.

Finally if you could get through the first frustrating couple days of adjusting the settings and, well, getting used to it, then you will be in for a good treat.

Only get this if you are patient and serious about lucid dreaming and want to use every aid possible,otherwise it will end up under your bed collecting dust.

I wanted this to work. I'm a chronically light sleeper and found it impossibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the whole idea of lights flashing in my eyes tended to keep me awake. In short, it failed.

However, if you are more normal about sleep than me this could be interesting. I knew one guy who had done a three-year buddhist retreat and this thing gave him so many lucid dreams he quit using it cause he began to have trouble telling the difference between the waking world and the dream world.

If you're normal and somewhere in the middle, you could probably use this to good effect. However, it's possible to lucid dream without one. I know cause I've done it. I found what worked best for me was the wake up, read about lucid dreaming or listen to a talk about it on audio, then go back to sleep. I've had whole chains of lucid dreams doing that.

There are a lot of customization settings so it takes some practice to get the lights just correct without waking you up. Not nearly as comfortable to wear compared to Remee. The Remee I feel lights up at bad times and is more disturbing to your sleep. However, I would recommend to anyone that wants to try either download a REM tracking app for your phone. These programs are about a dollar and can give rough estimates on when you are in REM. Then you can try to set the mask accordingly setting the delay correct. This mask does not need interval programing because it tracks you REM, but it does need delay and you need to adjust the sensitivity and brightness. I got it to work once, but not since. Have not gotten Remee to work at all. I've only had each for about a month, so can't say much more until I have more practice.

I think it is important to know you will not take it out of the box and start lucid dreaming, but it holds promise.

I have redness around my nose, and dark circles under my eyes. This product was not enough to hide these, but I bought this more to try it. It's also a little dark for me, when I have used other L'Oreal products that have matched. I love this supplement. I have used melatonin on and off for many years. It is often the only thing that would help me rest. I didn't like the pill for. Udo's Choice Oil 3.6.9 Blend 32-Ounce Glass Bottle

I first heard about Udo's Choice Oil mixture from a 'healthy living' type newsletter. As it was not available at my healthfood store, I had to send away for it on Amazon and the response was immediate.

I have for decades used only olive oil in the kitchen, because of its health furthering qualities as a mono unsaturated oil and great anti oxidant, at a time when the food establishment was still pushing their poly unsaturated oils on us, but from this newsletter I realized, I really should also take other essential fatty acids into my family's dietary consideration, which are contained in this oil mixture.

At the time I listened to Udo speak at our local health food market, I was having problems with anxiety, high blood pressure, etc. Much of what he said made sense to me, so I bought a bottle, and started using from 1 to 3 tablespoons a day. The amazing thing happened when I read about the "Budwig Diet" online, and started mixing this oil with cottage cheese. Within a couple days, my blood pressure went down to normal. It has stayed below ~115/70 most of the time since. Amazingly, I wasn't waking up with panic feelings in the middle of the night anymore. The echzema (sp?) on my fingers disappeared. And the most surprising thing, is my allergies have been almost zilch since starting the oil. I am also taking about a teaspoon of lemon flavored Carlson's cod liver oil every night, so that probably helps too. Now, my dose of Udo's is only half a tablespoon in cottage cheese a day. I'm over 50, and have taken fish oil/flax oil supplements for several years. After this past winter I noticed my skin was beginning to feel coarser, despite using lotion all over after showering. Opus 360 Nasal Pillow Mask

The description does not say so, but this unit comes with 3 nasal pillows, small, medium and large. Both the medium and large ones are comfortable and seal well for me. The whole thing is very lightweight and the headset is simple and easy to put on and adjust. I have a large head, and my hat size is at the top of the "off-the-rack" size range, but the strap fits, though it is close to the limits of the available adjustment.

Another feature that is not mentioned is that the hose swivels at the point where it meets the nasal pillows, so you don't have to go cross-eyed looking at a hosed strapped between your eyes if you don't want to. Because of the swivel, I can simply drape the hose over my shoulder. The short hose can also be disconnected from the main CPAP hose, so you don't have to remove the headset then rearrange everything every time you go to the bathroom.

There is also a swivel at the end of the hose where it attaches to the CPAP hose. I suspect that this may be a weak point, as my CPAP hose has a rubber end that grips tightly, and the swivel came apart once when I was disconnecting it. I'm careful now not to press the hoses together too hard, because I'm afraid the swivel won't stand up to being taken apart many times.

I have an ancient CPAP that I packed away over 10 years ago, when I lost some weight, but mainly because it was excruciatingly awkward, leaky and uncomfortable. I only used the nasal mask then, because the pillows had to be strapped so tightly to seal that it was painful to wear. Not so with this one. I have worn it extremely loosely, and even then if it started to leak, I could just shift it a little to seal it again. I lie on my side and this doesn't disturb the seal.

The exhaust on the old one chilled my arms, but with this it's much less noticeable.

Now that I'm sleeping better, maybe I can lose some weight and pack the whole thing up again!

Replacing a similar unit after extended use. Works fine with no leaking. Does tend to compress the cheeks a bit and leave you with wear marks for the first few hours of the new day. I would recommend to a friend.

The fit was great, sealed up nicely no leaks. Wasn't uncomfortable, this is my first cpap mask so it took some time to get used to it... still not totally there I think. Unless I am very tired it is hard to fall asleep with anything on my face still.

Each night I have used this I either threw it off in my sleep or woke up with a pain on my nose. I sleep on my side and if you turn onto your face at all this pokes into your nose and after a while is painful. This could just be me. Or maybe this is normal to getting used to using a cpap device. I have ordered a nose mask to see if that is any better.

I can sleep better on my side but the nose pillows seem to be alittle to tight . I tried to loosen the straps they are making my nose bleed

When I was first diagnosed, I was given a full nasal mask that rubbed against the bridge of my nose and caused bleeding. The second mask I tried did the same thing to my forehead in multiple places. Both were uncomfortable and terrible to use.

Kneipp Herbal Bath - Valerian & Hops

I received a sample of the Kneipp Bedtime bath and liked the smell and it did not seem to bother my sensitive skin. I ordered the larger size and when my grandchildren came over, I put some in their bath. Now whenever they spend the night they want to take a bath in 'blue' water. It smells like kerosene. Turns the water a blue/green shade.

It really can go either way with these as far as the scent goes. There is nothing in between. Either it is amazingly delicious, or it stinks.

This one is supposed to be soothing and calming but I had to end my bath early to get away from the bad scent. If you have ever smelled kerosene or jet fuel, this is what this smells like.
