I really enjoy the liners. They do as advertised; they are much nicer to have next to your skin than the gel cover. However, I find that the liners tend to slip while I'm sleeping. I'll wake up in the night, and the liner has moved, so I have to adjust it.

This is the brand of Glycine that I use. I take 2000 mg (2 capsules)at night before bed along with melatonin. The glycine has been proven to help people with insomnia. For me it prevents me from early awakening. You know, where you wake up at 4 or 5 am and can't get back to sleep? If I do wake up, I can usually fall right back to sleep. Wonderful, thick moisturizer! I have bought hundreds of beauty products over the years trying to get my sensitive, acne prone skin to behave. This does not make me break out at all and makes my skin feel silky smooth after all the drying natural products I use for acne. It does have a bit of an odd perfume that might take a bit of getting used to, but I now equate the scent with softness. One of my favorite things about it is that it does not burn or make my sensitive skin turn fire engine red like the super expensive dermatologist recommended products I was previously using. I guess my skin was just telling me to go organic. I'm so glad that I did!

My husband and I have used similar nose clips in the past. They worked very well to eliminate snoring, but have become hard to find. These looked like the closest thing to what we had bought before. Unfortunately, the little magnets on my husband's clip fell out within a week of normal use. He was able to put them back in, but if the magnet ends touched each other, they immediately fell out again. It became a big pain in the neck, and we stopped using them.
I'm not sure what others were experiencing but I tried this product and it does NOT smell good. Perhaps the mixture of essential oils do not compliment each other very well or perhaps the product has been sitting on the shelf too long. Either way, I was disappointed. No amount of candles or soft music would fix this. ICK!! My apologies to the shipper Product shipped to me right away and I received it ahead of time. I just didn't like this product.
Phenibut was an interesting chemical to experiment with. The effects are noticeable. Phenibut will help you relax and significantly reduce any anxiety you may have, but will not be sedative (but I am not sure about sedation at high doses). Concentration ability is enhanced as well. This drug is considered a nootropic. Can help with falling asleep and staying asleep. Taking a couple grams is comparable to taking a dose of a low-level benzodiazepine. Be warned that phenibut is addictive. Many people will not take it more than 2-3 days per week, with at least one day in between, in order to avoid getting withdrawals. I find that the calm feeling I get from phenibut is similar to picamilon, but phenibut is more noticable.
So, previously, I had a cheap little mask that came free in a hotel room. It didn't really block out the light very well, but that was the only one I'd ever had, so I didn't know any better. This one is, like, a thousand times better! First of all, it's very inexpensive, which I like. But it is also very comfortable. I love the smell of real lavender, so the scented mask is great. If you don't like real lavender or scents in general, then you should probably avoid this mask. The smell is strong enough that it will bother someone who is sensitive to scents. It's great at blocking out the light! I was really impressed with how well-crafted it is, and because of the way it is made, it is both good at blocking the light and very comfortable. I haven't used the earplugs, but I have used the mask several times, even during the middle of the day. It's great! I recommend it.

A little bit of a flimsy & light construction. Blocks light but the velcro strap is way too short. When I put it on I have it at the maximum length. I don't have a big head at all. I find it way too tight and pressing down on my eyes which I don't like and find a bit uncomfortable. The "lavender scent" is very faint, so it feels more like a gimmick. I'll keep it and hope that the strap stretches out a bit with time so it will become more comfortable.
This wedge was a lot bigger than I expected, but it works well. The only downside is that it's extremely firm (would be much more comfortable if it molded to you like a memory foam mattress) and I had to buy 2 extra "covers" but they only cover the top of the wedge and not the full pillow.

Our ND recommended Kavinace for our special needs 11-yr-old, who has never truly slept through the night. After being in acute renal failure I was on 5 different anti-hypertensive meds to try and control my fluctuating BP, none of which was able to get it regulated. The nose pad is a clear, upside down Y-shaped pad that extends from the bridge of the nose and along the sides of the nostils. I tried using it for several nights and found the thinkness of the pad caused my nostils to be pushed in, nearly blocking my nasal passages when using the CPAP nose mask. It is also difficult to keep the nose pad in place while trying to put on the CPAP nose mask. I will try to use it a few more times to see if there is something else I can do like tightening the head harness. But when I tighten the head harness, it blocks my nasal passages. If I loosen the head harness, I wind up waking up several times during the night adjusting it to keep air from leaking out from the mask. My husband uses a cpap, and it was constantly irritating his nose. I found this, and bought it for him, and he has quit complaining. His nose is not irritated, and he sleeps much better.
