I bought this for my everyday pillow rather than to use as a travel pillow. I love this pillow. It's small enough that it allows me to snuggle up with my husband. Most of the side sleeping pillows have stuff on the sides so you have to use the center of the pillow and have a lot of space behind you. This avoids it. It's perfect to tuck my neck up next to and my head doesn't sag towards the bed like it did with every other pillow I tried. I've been using it for about 9 months now and it's still in great shape. My neck feels much better, and I rarely wake up with a sore neck only if I'm not paying attention and sleep with my head forward or back, which has nothing to do with the pillow. My only complaint would apply to most side sleepers you can't really roll onto your back without a second pillow.
Maybe I did something wrong, but the instructions were clear so I don't see how I could have. It just didn't work. The instructions clearly say not to put it in the frig or freezer. But that's the only way I can think it might actually work. Otherwise, it just doesn't stay cool

I've been using the Chillow for over 5 years. It's not perfect but I've found a way to make it work. First of all, I put it directly on top of my pillow and sleep with my head directly on it. It does not stay cool for the entire night but if you wake up and it's not cool enough, you can rotate it 180 degrees and it will be fine for another few hours.
I used to wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning, unable to go back to sleep. Then I'd be really tired all day. I was really hopeful that this product would work. The first night, my girlfriend said that it helped and she didn't hear any snoring. The second night was a similar report, though I noticed snuffling when I woke up. A week later and I was back to full fledged snoring. Not only that, my nose was in so much pain that a simple touch to my nose and it would almost bring tears to my eyes. It rubbed a sore so bad that it took a week for it to finally stop hurting. I'd love to give this unit more than three stars because I like almost everything about it. It humidifies really well. I can really tell the difference in humidity level after even 1 hour in my bedroom. Much better than the evaporative humidifier I used to have. I think the humidistat works well, it's very easy to use and I like how it can have a sleep mode, it has variable "humidifying levels" that allow the user to adjust how much humidity is coming out, better than just a fan speed adjustment.

For anyone who works nights, this is a must have. I didn't give it 5 stars only because of the straps. They are not adjustable. I ended up modifying the straps by cutting and resewing. Probably more work than worth it on a $5.00 mask, but it works beautifully now. It's the most comfortable one I've ever had. Washes up great too. this product is great if you need to darken out light to sleep. Ear plugs were a big help too.The mask fits fine on my head and is quite good at blocking out the light. I am a side sleeper though, and the mask starts to shift when I turn sideways. Once I fall asleep though, I can sleep for hours. I have worn it 4 or 5 times, and it seems to be holding together well.

Flower essences are funny things. They work for some people (or animals) and not for others. My last German Shepherd was unaffected by any of the flower essences, but for my current GSD, a couple of doses of Rescue Remedy before a visit to the vet seems to calm her and make it much less stressful for her.
