I have very much liked this product thus far. I would highly recommend this to people who have mild to moderate acne (like me). I'm not sure for people with really intense acne, but for me it's done a great job of clearing up my skin. It's definitely not over-drying, and the product itself smells pretty good. Kinda like cucumbers. I actually prefer this to the refining mask from Proactive because it drys completely before you go to sleep so there is not as much rub off onto your pillow. Also, it dries on your skin clear, so you don't have to worry about being around people when you put it on haha.

I have been using this product for about a 11 days now. (today is Nov. 7) Before purchasing this product, I looked for reviews on youtube.com and thought it would be too good to be true. I would recommend getting the cover that goes over the entire wedge, as the cover that comes with it is just a little flat thing that covers only the top. Great help for someone who can't lay flat.

Dreamate Sleep Aid
I have been using this consistently for about 2 months now and I really like it. I cant tell you for sure that it actually helps me sleep better, but I can say that it does relax you. I find that if you combine it with some meditating/conscious breathing it works best. I think its a good buy if you have some extra cash.
It is worth buying a new one just to have it on hand.I have major insomnia for years and was hoping this would help. I would try anything at this time. It didn't do a thing! I used it for 2 weeks and nothing. It vibrates and has an electrical thing to it, that you can hardly feel. It's a no go for me.

I bought this inflatable pillow -two actuallyfor a hiking trip, so we used them in the bus, as a travel pillow, and then tried it as a traditional pillow during 5 nights, since we couldn't carry much items to our extreme hiking trip and would be using tents and sleeping bags. This said, I inflated-deflated the pillows about 5 times, since we'd sleep at a different location each day. It was veeery comfortable!It was easy to inflate and deflate, and very secure. Even if the 'cap' loosens while you're sleeping, it won't deflate, since you have to press the tube with your fingers in order to deflate it (like turning the opening from round to oval). It's really easy to fold after you deflate it, so you can store it in its little 'bag'.
I'll love using it for plane trips, since I was never keen to buy a traditional travel pillow because of the hassle of carrying it all the way, but this is really easy to store in my own purse.
The material is nice and soft, and seems durable.
It was a wonderful purchase for me!

This pillow is definitely comfortable and did a good job of helping us sleep on a red-eye, but BOTH of the ones we ordered popped after the first use (April 2011). The seal around the edges is not very strong, so it burst. I have yet to try any sort of epoxy to re-seal it. I could not get this pillow to inflate. It came with no inflation instructions, and blowing in it did nothing. I tried poking it with an ice pick to make a hole. That did nothing. I thought of sending it back, but given the difference between my postage cost and the cost of the pillow, it hardly seemed worthwhile. I bought this product (3 bottles to get the lower price)from the official web site not Amazon.Let's be clear from the start. I bought this product strictly for WEIGHT LOSS! Anything else would b icing on the cake.
I started taking it just before Christmas 2010. Because I'm 50 lbs over. And 59 yrs old. I chose to take double doses the 1 Tsp didn't seem enough.
Well I'm almost done with my 1st bottle and I've noticed NO WEIGHTLOSS, NO DIFFERENCES, NADDA, ZIP ZERO NOT ONE FRIGGIN POUND. And I haven't slept better.
According the product info. To get the best weightloss results you need to fast on 400-500 cals. one day eat reg next. I've been doing that. Didn't make any difference.
So I did my homework. I looked up studies on these product ingredients..
And there just wasn't anything to support weightloss using this or the other ingredients in this product. All the studies advocated it's use for joint and muscles repair. Not weightloss.
What I (THINK) I have noticed is a little renewal of my energy level. So I decided to join my local Curves. And while there I think I have more energy to workout. And I feel I'm not so tired when I'm done.
I'm not going to send the product back I'm going to finish it cause I do like the renewed energy. But I'm not convinced It's the product or just me.
Then I'll buy all the listed ingredients in veggie cap form It's alot cheaper.
I wouldn't waste my money on this overly expensive product just for weightloss/sleep.
I don't know if people who say it worked believed what they wanted and convinced themselves it did. I just know for me NOT SO MUCH! But there is this one thing in their favor reports do state it can take up to 8 wks to show results.
04/26/11 Revision...I did end up sending 1 empty bottle and 2 full back. There just wasn't any reason to keep something that wasn't working..so to get my full refund within the 30 days I requested a RA on the 30th day. I wanted to give it every oppertunity to work. But in the end back it went and they did refund the full amount (-) shipping.

I have had two operations for a deviated septum and still I could not breathe through my left nostril well. I tried the nose strips and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.Then I tried the Brez devices. It works! However, I have had to modify its use.
I have to insert it vertically and not horizontally in the left nostril. It took me a month this way to get used to it...but it works.

I get allergies / inflamed sinuses. I have used a couple of different breathing aids in the past. I find that I sleep better and am less likely to get sore throats from breathing through my mouth. From previous reviews it might be that people are using the wrong size, or it might be that it depends on your cause (e.g. allergies vs deviated septum etc) as to whether these work for you.These work for me, as do the nasal strips. The problem with the nasal strips is sometimes they stick too well and damage my skin when I pull them off in the morning! If my outer nose skin is irritated then I use these. I find that they can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable inside my nasal passages, but not enough to impede sleep and they work great for what they are supposed to do. So basically I alternate the products and it works fine.
I would recommend that you try a packet and see what you think. You would probably have to try for at least a couple of nights to determine whether your inner nasal passage gets irritated.
As stated before, I really think you need the right size and to insert them correctly to feel the benefits. If you get a size that is too small, then they won't do anything for you.

I have very small nasal passages.My left side is narrow low down on the fleshy part of my nose. These inserts work well for that nostril and provided some relief.
My right nostril narrows higher up and it appears to be more rigid cartilage there. The insert did not work on my right side in fact it made that side worse: since the nostril was rigid and couldn't be widened the insert was just an obstruction.

I have a deviated septum and have tried various devices to help keep my nostrils open while sleeping. Nasal strips work OK for me but I hate peeling them off in the morning, and most of the devices you insert into your nose get uncomfortable half way through the night. So I held high hopes for the "brez" device as it looked like it might be more comfortable than the others. WRONG! In my opinion, this was a complete and utter waste of money and I'm kicking myself because I bought two packs, thinking that I must've just bought the wrong size (I tried small then medium). And they're not cheap! I'm at a loss trying to figure out how these things would work for anybody they're two little rubber ovals joined together with a very thin rubber strip. You put the rubber ovals in each nostril and the strip, I guess, is supposed to prevent them from getting lost up your nostrils. The problem is, the strip is not long enough to allow the ovals to go up far enough into the area where my nostrils are restricted and the holes in the ovals are not big enough to allow sufficient air to get through. It just feels like having a stopper stuck in your nose I couldn't breathe! I would definitely NOT recommend this product I've gone back to nasal strips. The other devices that have worked for me are the "nozovent" and "the air machine" (except both make my nasal passages slighty sore by morning). I'm yet to find the perfect solution.Save 23% Off

I've been using phenibut for PTSD for 4 years and it really is amazing for temporary anxiety and depression. I take about 1.5 grams and the feeling for me is both relaxing and uplifting, similar to drinking 2 beers. It takes about 3 hours to set in but amazingly the feeling lasts the entire day for me. EDIT..My last order was repackaged primaforce. The bad primaforce with the rancid smell and very low potency. I know it was repackaged because they LEFT THE PRIMAFORCE SCOOPER MEASURING SPOON IN THE PACKAGE. It was an off white horrible smelling powder..Not the amazing crystal that BYOB was shipping..ANY IDEAS WHERE TO GO?I can only compare this to the primaforce brand as that is my only other experience with phenibut.

The primaforce brand was a slightly hydrated white powder with little sparkles.
This "brand" is all crystals..It looks like table salt.
As for effect it seems to be the same.
