I have been using this consistently for about 2 months now and I really like it. I cant tell you for sure that it actually helps me sleep better, but I can say that it does relax you. I find that if you combine it with some meditating/conscious breathing it works best. I think its a good buy if you have some extra cash.I have been using this product for over 2 years now and am in the process of ordering my second Dreamate. I love my Dreamate! It works every time I use it. If I wake in the middle of the night I just turn it back on and drift back to sleep. After 2 years, of (almost) nightly use the band finally broke. It would be nice to fix or replace the band as the unit works just fine, but I have not been able to find such information.
It is worth buying a new one just to have it on hand.I have major insomnia for years and was hoping this would help. I would try anything at this time. It didn't do a thing! I used it for 2 weeks and nothing. It vibrates and has an electrical thing to it, that you can hardly feel. It's a no go for me.Aside from the Dreamate working erratically, it did nothing to improve my ability to fall asleep. It has found a home in the bottom of some drawer.I also returned this sleep aid....not relaxing makes a loud vibrating noise and uncomfortable! How is that suppose to make you tired??
