My husband and I have been using this supplement for over a year and are very pleased with the results. This stuff doesn't work. I had an attack after beer and salami for the World Series. It was relatively modest since I'm very careful limiting purine rich food in my diet. But it was still painful and disabling. There was no Miracle. Eating cheese sandwiches and vegetable stew for two weeks and drinking two quarts of water a day caused the crystals to dissolve. There was no difference from former attacks without the pills. For me it was a waste of money.
