I've used this product for coming up on 3 years now. I wash these every couple of days in warm water with mild hand soap. They last a long, long, long time. I have never worn one out and in fact, am still using only the second one I purchase in that period. The first one for some reason, I bit through it in my sleep when I first started using my CPAP machine. That was my fault and not the product. I highly recommend these.
