Pranamat ECO - Turquoise & Turquoise Lotuses

I've had my Pranamat for maybe a week and I'm in love already. I've slowly gotten more adjusted to the uncomfortable part at the beginning so that doesn't last as long, although my lower back still needs a fabric barrier. I can feel the warmth & movement of circulation in my body once the uncomfy part's over, which was trippy at first, and now I look forward to it.

I'm really amazed at how many uses this mat offers. I feel energized & relaxed, my muscles aren't as tight, and last night when I couldn't sleep, I laid on it for an hour in bed & slept soundly the rest of the night.

I bought this mat to keep me limber in between physical therapy sessions & massage appointments, but

now it's more like a reward that's actually good for me. Like, if ice cream had fiber & vitamins & no sugar but still tasted like ice cream. :)

This was my first mat I bought, then handed it to mom. We love it! It works. It didn't come with the manual but the second I bought did.
