Tylenol Extra Strength PM really helps ease the discomfort of muscle aches and pains when I have the flu, a bad cold or if I just simply pulled a muscle. This offers me a very good alternative to aspirin if I need pain relief; and it has a very non habit forming way of helping you drift off to sleep to get the rest you need when you're not feeling well.

Obviously, even with the ingredients that help you drift off to sleep, this is essentially for short term pain relief from relatively minor aches and pains. It can even help to temporarily reduce a fever. If you have any major problems or concerns consult a doctor before taking this product.

Tylenol comes packaged rather well and you should use this before the expiration date printed on the bottle. If the expiration date has passed throw this out and get a new bottle of Tylenol.

All in all, I have used Tylenol for decades and I have always been satisfied. It helped when I started a course of chemotherapy last month and it has almost never let me down. I highly recommend this product.

When I cannot sleep I use Tylenol PM and they are great, they really help you to go to sleep.

Tylenol PM is a non-aspirin pain reliever and fever reducer that includes a mild sleep aid as well. This is the medication of choice in our house when we come down with colds, fever, headaches, or muscle pains and need a good nights sleep. I like that this can be taken on an empty stomach (unlike aspirin) because sometimes when you are not feeling well, it is hard to force food down just so you can take medicine. The sleep aid is very gentle and does not leave me with a "hungover" feeling in the morning.

This is really good for body aches or tired body type of symptoms. It lessons the dull ache and also helps calm the mind so I can drowse off easily to sleep. Admittedly, I use Excedrin PM for the days that headaches are more of an issue during body aches. But after long days of running around or after long international plane trips, Tylenol PM is really a relief. It works and I fall asleep easily.
