This is a yummy and unique tea. It's sort of creamy (the real vanilla is a luscious taste), but not spicy like chai. It is absolutely perfect and I'm drinking it all the time because the taste is beyond belief, plus it's decaffeinated!

Indian Night is certified organic and contains fair trade certified organic Fatrikcherra Estate black tea, and organic vanilla beans---that's all---and oh, what an incredible combination! There are no oils or natural flavorings used at all, unlike many flavored teas, and thus no funny aftertaste. It is also kosher. This tea is sustainable in that all packaging materials are biodegradable and recyclable, the carton is made of 100% post-consumer waste, and cello wrap is not used. Numi says that all their tea bags "are made of natural fiber paper, not the trendy, "silky" see-though nylon tea bags". The reason it is called "full leaf" is that Numi black teas do not contain tea dust or fannings, which tend to make tea taste bitter; instead, they contain the full leaf, expanding when they are brewed, "releasing a robust and long lasting experience".

I often buy tea bags on Amazon because I consistently find the brands and flavors I want at a good price. This tea is lightly flavored and tastes good with some milk in it. Because it is decaf black tea (not herbal tea), be sure to give it an adequate steep before drinking to ensure it is fully brewed.

I've ordered this 3 times so far! I have tried many teas and this is my favorite. I've got this on Subscribe and Save. I brew this well over 5 minutes. I even leave the tea bag in the cup until I finish drinking my cup of tea and it does not turn bitter. I add coconut milk and a little honey or turbinado sugar and it's a delicious drink I have throughout the whole day. I literally have gone through 3 packages (that's 48 tea bags) in 2 1/2 weeks. That's how much I love this tea. I am not one to write reviews but this is absolutely the best tea I've ever tried!!! The tea is a rich madagascar vanilla with a hint of malt flavor in the background.

SUPER SNOOZE with Melatonin & Valerian Root 100 Rapid Release Capsules

The supplement may help a little, but it didn't work wonders for me. The trouble I find with melatonin is that I fall asleep, but then wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. Same thing with Super Snooze. I think I need to try a time released product.

This product is affordable, however, and I was impressed by the list of ingredients. Based on other reviews, I was quite hopeful... unfortunately it may not be the right product for me.

I think results vary greatly by individual, though. What works for one may not work for another, and vice versa. So it takes trial and error. :(

Lot of 2 Le Salon Sleeping Eye Mask Blindfold Soft Black

i like these ones alot better than the other ones i bought... but they are a bit small and tend to fall off in the middle of the night when i turn over... but they do hide the light quite well :)

In the beginning, there was a smell of formaldehyde as I continue to use it goes a way. I am keeping the second one as a back up as I live alone. I take naps during the day and also the light from various electrical appliances distract me and these mask really help me.

My foot doctor recommended I use this bandage after my toe surgery to wrap my toes. I now call it the 'magic bandage', my toes feel such tremendous relief once I wrap them in the morning and the remainder of the way, I do not know what I would do without them. ResMed Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask Frame System (Small)

I've used a number of different CPAP face masks, and so far this one works the best for me. The small one fits me best with the lower part resting in the crease between my lower lip and my chin. I have an average size woman's face, so unless you are a woman with a pretty large face, small will probably do. Medium would probably be fine for the average size man. The fit is comfortable and is adjusted with two velcro straps, one around the upper part of my head and one near the level of my mouth. After you adjust the velcro at the four locations, you can further adjust the mask for a good seal with a large plastic "screw" located near the forehead. The air hose attaches onto a swiveling attachment that allows you to toss and turn in bed while allowing the seal to remain firmly in place.

The head straps that fit this mask will wear out long before the mask itself. I guess the night-after-night pulling on the straps stretches them out, and the velcro becomes unusable. Once that happens, you need to buy new straps or they won't stay on. Plan on buying new straps about once a year. This mask does not come with the straps, but they are available here on Amazon as well.

Pros: I've used this mask for about 3 years. It is very sturdy and unlikely to wear out for a long time. It covers my entire nose and mouth which I prefer, because the partial masks that only cover your nose do not allow you to breath if you have a cold or are "stuffed up" due to allergies, etc. The full mask allows for mouth breathing if needed. The face cushion/gasket and forehead cushion are easy to remove and replace for cleaning. The swivel hose attachment works very well and is sturdy enough to last through years of pulling, tugging, and sleeping on without breaking.

Cons: Although I like this mask and will continue to use it, I have to voice my complaint about the face cushion/gasket made for it. I have found that the gasket material is so thin that it wears out pretty quickly. As soon as it becomes too soft or stretched, it no longer makes an adequate seal. I have to buy a replacement cushion about every 3 months. It helps to make sure your face is completely clean each night before wearing it and to clean the cushion/gasket once a week, but they still stretch out very quickly. I've used other styles of masks that had much thicker material that did not wear out like these do, but I didn't prefer the mask itself. I think the manufacturer should use a more durable gasket material, but then I guess they wouldn't sell as many, would they? Also, while the forehead cushion pops out quite easily to clean, it eventually starts to pop out too easily when adjusting the mask. I would like to see them made to fit a bit more securely in the mask.

If your insurance does not cover your CPAP mask, then my recommendation if you aren't sure which size to buy is to stop by a medical supply store and ask them to measure you for the correct size mask. It's just a little plastic thing they hold up to your face and use as a gauge. Then do your shopping here online. My medical supply store charges $190 for this same mask that is selling here on Amazon for $90, and they charge $55 for the same head strap that you can get here on Amazon for $28. So save yourself $127 and buy it on Amazon.

In conclusion, I would have to say the mask itself is well made and fits well. If the manufacturer would make a more durable and lasting gasket, I would have given it 5 stars.

I picked up a single pack of these from the `mart last month for a flight. This was going to be a longer flight and I wanted to try to get some sleep in on the way. I usually sit in the exit row for extra leg room but it is also as close to the engines as you can get. Per each pack, these are comparably priced to what you could pick them up locally, but notice you are getting about 30 pairs for currently around $9 so they break down to $0.30 each, not that bad.

These really are incredibly soft and comfortable and after a couple moments of having them in you forget you are using them. Simply roll it up, stick it in your ear and it expands creating a good sound barrier. You won't get complete silence, for that get noises cancelling headphones, but for the flying, these are much better than what the airlines could ever give you and perform well. The package states these have a 32 decibel noise reduction rating. Although this is a multi-pack, you can easily find this brand at most big box stores locally for roughly the same price. Good product and very satisfied with the results.

Jarrow Formulas 5-HTP

I was in the fight for my life...because anxiety, depression and a form of PTSD were breathing down my neck, my constant companions. I had become debilitated with these diseases. The thought of driving caused high anxiety. Going down the cereal aisle brought on panic attacks like I'd never seen-so much so, that grocery shopping was ruled out. Going to a restaurant with loved ones became a chess match of finding the perfect seat. I came back from the dark side of the moon.

The people closest to me, including my therapist, noticed the difference in me. It's not that HTP suddenly made my life magically improved. But what it DID do was clean off the windshield so I could see clearly. I thought the filthy windshield I was gazing through was real. It wasn't.

The pharmacist told me the 5-HTP worked faster than St. John's Wort, so I was glad he put me in this direction. He said I'd need to take a strong, potent B vitamin with it for it to synthesize correctly. (Not pregnant, but I started taking Rainbow Light Pre-natal Vitamins. Of all the multi's I've tried, I like Rainbow Light the best. They work great & give me energy. Good price on Amazon, too. I've even gotten other family members on RL vitamins-senior, men's and women's regular versions.)

Anyway, I found the Jarrow brand when I was trying to find a cheaper but still effective brand compared to Pure. Amazon has the best price I have found. I buy in 3s-1 bottle open, 2 on the shelf.

I currently take 3-5 dosages a day, of two 50mg capsules. The dosages change based on stressful or hormonal times (yes, ladies, I've found that it's great to take during the 2 weeks before your cycle, helps with the mood changes).

I once bought the 100mg capsule, thinking I was saving money, but the capsule size was too strong and I slept too much.

SIDE EFFECTS

-it makes me slightly drowsy. Since I take it throughout the day, I have become used to it-it lasts about an hour. And honestly? I can live with an hour of feeling a little sleepy if it gives me my life back!! No brainer. (Lol)

NOTE: if you believe you have bipolar symptoms, you may want to look into lithium orotate. I do not have BPD but have investigated it for others in my life.

Like most people I started out with the best (Jarrow) when experimenting with 5-HTP but for some reason got curious and began to experiment with cheaper (and lesser quality brands).

I am relatively a newbie to the supplement industry (only about 2 years in) so I figured I should try other products to get my feet wet so to speak.

After experimenting with Natrol (which is good for some herbs but not 5-HTP particularly) and other brands it turns out that Jarrow is indeed the best.

Taking it right before bed is optimal. You feel somewhat groggy in the morning but this is the type that is a peaceful groggy resulting from a good quality sleep. Since 5-HTP is a precursor to Seratonin and Melatonin your body will take the 5-HTP and process either/or depending on the time of day it is taken, environmental stimuli and your personal needs. This is a great option for me because my body generally doesn't like melatonin supplements.

Anyone with sleep problems or depression should check it out. Watch out if you have anxiety or panic attacks though as this could mean that you have too much seratonin? The first time I took this (about 2 years ago) it actually made me feel very relaxed in public settings. However, when I take it now for some reason I become somewhat "edgy" if I'm around too many people. I guess that's just my body changing it's chemistry over the years.

Some may recommend 5-HTP for stress but I would say that the action of 5-HTP does not really affect stress hormones directly enough to prove useful in that department. However, I have found if you are exhausted or burned out and are taking the herb for the first time, it can truly be a miracle worker. Experiment at home first in a comfortable setting before you use it outdoors.

Either way, overall great supplement if you have experience, eat it with the right things (or nothing at all for a more pronounced effect) and don't take too much as you can get Seratonin sickness which is not a pleasant experience as I've heard. I would recommend 2 of these per day max (or one of the 100mg).

So I know this product is used to "up" Seratonin but I honestly haven't noticed any effects in using it for that purpose. I used to take Paxil so maybe it's just hard for anything to stack up against that. Anyhow, I do use this as a sleep aid. If you take it on an empty stomach, or without any protein in your gut at least, this will knock you out. I wake up feeling pretty refreshed and have noticed that I can even go on about 5-6 hrs of sleep and still feel rested.

I don't understand the science behind why 5-HTP works. I do know that since taking this product I have seen a marked drop in the anxiety I feel in my day to day life. I feel like I'm sleeping better and I have more patience when dealing with others.

Peaceful Sleep Now is by far my favorite of these CDs. I found it hard to sleep well during my pregnancies and was so happy to have this CD during my 3rd pregnancy. My husband purchased this set for us. We already had another set when he bought this one because we thought this would be more comprehensive. it is more comprehensive however I don't like that you can't start listening to the most important disk until your are 37-38weeks along. The other set we purchased you can listen to them at any time and I feel like they are much more helpful than this set.

I think this set is more helpful for women who are early on in pregnancy and are having a hard time with nausea or sleeping.

The other thing I don't like about the disks is they don't get into the relaxing part of the session until after 3-5 min of explanation about what the relaxation/hypnosis is trying to accomplish.

I usually try and play everything in a row to keep the relaxation going for a couple of hours and everytime the CD changes and the woman starts talking about that CD and what it's suppose to accomplish it abruptly causes me to come out of my relaxed state.

I think that once the relaxation part starts they are usefull but that first part frustrates me to no end.

Strawberry Sponge Hair Curlers (6 Sponges)

Not quite what I was expecting. I super wanted these since seeing Jiyeon on Dream High 2 using them. They're really cute, but not very good if you're depending on them to curl your hair.

If you have long hair like me (around bust-length), these curlers will maybe only roll up about half way. Also, if you roll too much hair in it'll get tangled/knotted and you might even get your hair stuck in these suckers 0___0 So beware.

All in all a really cute product, but I think I'll just save my $15 and stick to the actual hair curlers.

I love these rollers... I have natural, kinky curly hair and these rollers are perfect for twist n curls, creating an easy bantu knot effect, wonderful. I have never tried them with straight hair to create a curl, but I'm sure they will work great. These create a lasting curl in minutes, not hours... which is strange. It's almost too curly if I leave them in overnight to curl the end of my twists. I use these on either damp or dry hair after I have twisted and the result is the same each time. These are so easy to use, and they never fall out. I dont feel like they cause any damage to my hair because my hair never gets stuck in the rollers and I don't find any hair strands in the rollers when I take them out. They are not bad to sleep it, much better than any other foam roller that have used. The foam rollers with the plastic clasps feel hard at night.The cloth covered foam rollers leave indentations and create a square look. These create perfect round curls every time because the hair is wrapped around the inside and protected by the outside. I'm in love and recommend them to all. I recommend getting at least 2 packs as 1 pack of 6 is not really enough. enjoy!

My mom has had bad insomnia for several years, more noticeably in the past year as she recovered from knee surgery that left her in a lot of pain even after her knee had "healed". She tried everything for sleep: melatonin, Ambien, a 1/2 glass of wine, herbal remedies, diets, low/no sugar, the list goes on and on. She already was eating healthy and exercising as much as could be expected, but she could not sleep. I got her DVDs and CDs from the library and she hated them all. "Ocean" is perfect, the dogs think the beach is in the bedroom and you think a surfer will walk in at any moment!

"Summer Night" has cricket noises and sounds like riding Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland (without the music)

"Rain" is by far the most relaxing.

The "Thunder" one is odd as you would think thunder is a scary noise for some, but hey if it works for you use it!

"White Noise" sounds just like a fan, a kind of noisy fan, but a fan.

"Brook" sounds bubbly and is my least favorite... it sounds like a brook but also like a faucet running.

My mom listens to this very loud for some reason I can hear it 2 rooms away but she can sleep with it like that. I come in and turn it down when I go by her room and she doesn't wake up. The sound is unobtrusive even when it is loud, and when I do hear it I am usually reading or something and it is pretty comforting.

The audio does not sound tinny at all and is very realistic. I was surprised at the sound quality especially when she had it turned up so loud, but it was very good.

I bought this model because it specifically did not have the heartbeat sound maybe good for kids who have not read Edgar Allan Poe, but not for us!

Note: This one can play ALL NIGHT LONG!! I was afraid the timer feature was the only way to use it as with some other brands/models, but you just turn this on and let it run as long as you want. Thanks to the other reviewer who mentioned that feature.

The unit is very lightweight and I can see how it can be very portable for trips. Not sure how long the batteries would last, so will probably use it with the adapter whenever we can. It is so lightweight, I do think that if you dropped it, it would probably break or crack, so be careful with it.

Definitely worth the money!

I have this noise machine running 24 hours a day. The sounds help me to fall asleep at night and keep my dog from hearing those little noises outside of my apartment (people walking) that cause her to constantly bark. Helps me sleep and keeps my neighbors happy!

The repeating pattern is hypnotic and can put you to sleep in a hurry. If you want to leave it playing continuously, just turn it on and it stays on. If you want timed operation, just select 15, 30, or 60 minutes. There are different versions of this, so make sure you get the 6 varieties of sound that you like. The SS-2000F and the SS-2000S have the best choices of sound tracks, in my opinion.

Keep away from the SS-2000E if you don't want that annoying Heart Beat!

1-Mine came with a Power Adapter included, so no batteries needed. I give it 4-stars because it does what it's suppose to do, but I can't give it 5-stars because there are a few things that could have made this product better.

2-The repetition of the sound tracks provide a smooth transition from Start-to-Finish and back to Start again. No pauses, no clicks.

3-It's easy to use, just press the button with the sound you want to hear, and it plays.

First of all...

1I would like to have an Ear Phone Jack, so that there is the option of listening to the sounds privately.

2I would like some longer tracks. The short tracks put you to sleep, because of the boredom of repetition, however, it would have been more of a pleasure to listen to if each track were 15-seconds in length rather than a mere 3-seconds.

3My unit didn't look new. It had little scratches and cosmetic imperfections.

Overall it's a really great product and highly recommended. For such a low price you can get a good nights sleep and wake up the next morning feeling well rested. It has a way of bringing on relaxation and removing tension, should have discovered this product sooner.

I bought this rationalizing that if it helped me sleep better the one or two times spent at a motel/hotel each year, it would be worth the cost. After using it for the past 7 days at home, I have to say this is a wonderful item even though we live in a rural area. The sounds are very soothing and running it quietly makes for a nice sleep atmosphere. It also helps drown out the snowplow passing by and a neighbor opening and closing his car door way too early in the morning.

I tried this product for over two months and saw no reduction in hot flashes. What I found helps somewhat is taking Evening Primrose Oil capsules 3 times daily, along with a separate Black Cohosh supplements. Combined, those supplements cost about half as much as Remifemin and provide a good amount of relief from hot flashes. They are less frequent, less intense, shorter in duration and they don't wake me up at night anymore. If one supplement doesn't help you, try something else everyone's body is different in how it responds to supplements.

This product has been amazing. My hot flashes came on with a vengeance about two months ago. Disrupted sleep, sweat pouring down my face while lecturing, freezing out my family with wide open windows on cold nights I was a wreck. And to top it off, my daughters wedding was fast approaching and I had visions of myself in melt down during the ceremony. I've been taking these multi-vitamins for about a year now. I began taking them as a compromise between completely liquid multi-vitamins and normal dry multi-vitamins. The completely liquid mutli-vitamins were recommended to me by a doctor friend as they are absorbed rapidly by the body; however, they require refrigeration and are fairly expensive.

On the other hand, the dry multi-vitamins are harsh on my stomach and I become nauseated at the smell when I open the bottle. This means I often skip taking them.

The reason I like these vitamins is that they're in mostly liquid form, don't require refrigeration (important for me as I often go places where one isn't readily available), are easy on my stomach, and I don't have to deal with the smell that I do other brands. And, they're relatively inexpensive.

They are a bit large, but not enormously so. I find I can easily swallow 2 of these and 3 other pills at once with a sip of water.

These may be good but they are the longest vitamins I have ever seen. I cannot swallow them no matter what and I have been swallowing pills since I was 6. (nearly 50 years ago). They are about the size of two good and plenty's tacked together end to end. Just FYI before you buy.
