I've been taking these multi-vitamins for about a year now. I began taking them as a compromise between completely liquid multi-vitamins and normal dry multi-vitamins. The completely liquid mutli-vitamins were recommended to me by a doctor friend as they are absorbed rapidly by the body; however, they require refrigeration and are fairly expensive.On the other hand, the dry multi-vitamins are harsh on my stomach and I become nauseated at the smell when I open the bottle. This means I often skip taking them.
The reason I like these vitamins is that they're in mostly liquid form, don't require refrigeration (important for me as I often go places where one isn't readily available), are easy on my stomach, and I don't have to deal with the smell that I do other brands. And, they're relatively inexpensive.
They are a bit large, but not enormously so. I find I can easily swallow 2 of these and 3 other pills at once with a sip of water.

The combination vitamins and minerals eliminates me from having to purchase separate items. I wish that the calcium is a higher dosage because I have to purchase additional calcium and magnesium supplements.I bought this vitamin for my Hubby that doesn't take too good the pills in general and after try this one (which I have the women ones and most likely have the same ingredients) he believe its been worth it and easy to digest.
