In general, I do not care to take medications and am quite skeptical and conservative when it comes to ingesting any type of drug, homeopathic or otherwise. However, this medication has reduced my Restless Leg symptoms to the point where they no longer interfere with my sleep. I also sleep much more soundly and have not noticed any side-effects. My symptoms were extremely severe and nothing else I had tried seemed to help at all. I have not tried perscription drugs for my RLS as I am concernced about their potential side-effects.

I tried these after doing a search for a natural muscle relaxant. I hate prescription relaxants because they make me feel like a zombie the next day.
